Your support means the world to me! I'm happy to help with your credit card dilemma. So forex transaction is a bit of a tricky situation as all spends have Forex charges. So you need some card with low forex charges and high rewards or cards like world safari, AU IXigo or Scapia which have 0 forex but no RP. Will suggest you to keep two cards as main and standby. One can be Infinia if you can get it. other can be a card like Citi prestige (or Axis Olympus with low forex charges and 2x rewards). Otherwise Atlas, Amex Plat travel have 3.5% forex charges.

thanks for the detailed explanation. My question is while booking tickets from India to US I can use Air miles along with INR. If this is true which card will be good to collect RP. I can easily spend 10 L and 3L on rent. What should I use for most amex travel/Gold or Atlas?

How to get this card LTF? I have LTF regalia. Is upgrade to Infinia possible directly from regalia or regalia to regalia gold is must?
Hi bhavik. It's a same case with me. I had a lifetime free regalia. However I have directly tried going for infinia multiple times in the last 2 years. But it was not approved. This time i got this upgrade and I went for it so that I can do some spends on this cards and ask for infinia
Hi Bhavik basically I had this life every regalia with me as well for last three four years and I will try to update to infinia for the last one one and half years I have even tried sending them the pay slips copies ideas everything however they were not going to upgrade me directly which I could find out because I was not able to meet the criteria so when this time I got this upgrade option I did and say this card is an option to transfer the points to more number of airline partners and I will be able to spend some on this card which will also that is my opted for this card. And since this card is first year free I'll try to get some spends on this card to upgrade to a better card in future I hope I have helped you take care and you may also try to go for this you feel that this is a better way.
