Same thing just happened to me. Ordered two, one of them just won’t turn on. Also tried different cables and controller. Nothing The working one shows a green light from inside the housing when connecting the power cable, even when the controller is turned off. The defect one doesn’t Do you have any updates?
That's so unfortunate. The pain and hassle of having to return it and deal with it is annoying. That being said, loved that you unplug the same cable and plugged it back in. Usually a classic solution haha
Did you really have to waste over three minutes of our viewing time and God knows how long to make it, for a fully produced video to just say that you bought a light and you plugged it in and it didn’t work and it needs to be returned? Seems just an exercise in click bait.
So take it back and get it replaced. Whats the big deal. You spent more time creating this stupid video bro. Waisting everyones time so you can get views is not cool.

“have you tried turning it on and off again” is my go too hahaha works like 9/10 times. But nothing did this time.
