Was this video based on interior models or exterior type? I want an exterior model and want to know which is best for the least amount of exhaust venting required. I’m adding a rental unit to my home. from the house wall where I would mount unit to the perimeter fence is 5feet. Can I install in a walkway.

Definitely not the navien. I have the npe240 and it's had nothing but issues. I'm on my 3rd fully replaced unit.
