Congratulations to the winners 🎉 I am loving to see your Rock it tee because it’s reminding me that my plan for Christmas sweaters this year is to use your fade sets. I definitely need to get started on them 😅. Sorry about the nerve pain, there truly isn’t anything for it. I’ve tried very strong meds and nothing oral has ever done more than take the edge off. Years into chronic nerve pain land, I have a whole list of weird things that help. My latest one is capsaicin patches off Amazon, but it only helps with a certain kind. There’s also neuropathy oil, which just gets rubbed on the skin. Sometimes it helps too. It’s really just a lot of guesses until something helps. Hope you find relief soon ❤. I’m sorry about Poppy, it has to be frustrating that the meds aren’t lasting as long as before. I hope you have a great week 🙂
Lovely podcast today! I like the shhh yarn. I have made the granny pop hoodie with it , in the color evening sky. It has purples and turquoise in it. I have that same sheep project bag and I really like it. ❤
Congratulations to the winners x i love that first tee the colour collection is stunning. I'm so sorry your struggling with your back not having decent meds must be bloody awful 😢 hopefully it improved soon xx
Love the crochet projects I am your opposite I have crocheted for 50 years and only have been knitting for 3. Wish I would have learned knitting sooner but was intimidated 😂
Enjoyed your podcast and seeing what you are knitting. I'm sorry to hear about Poppy and that the meds are lasting as long as they should. I know this may not help and you could maybe look into it to see if might help but I read that grounding mats can help pets. My sr. dog has taken over my grounding mat and she seems more energetic and more stable and flexible for hopping up on her perch where she can look out the window. She also surprised us when she jumped up on the couch all on her own. If you google grounding mats for pets, there is info on how it can be beneficial. I bought it for me to help with my nerve pain and inflammation and I believe it helped me but my dog took over and now I guess I have to get another one. they aren't expensive either. I got mine on Amazon. Brand is Hooga. Anyway, as a pet parent, I know we will do anything we can to help our furbabies. I also use my red therapy light on her hip but don't use it long on her or leave it on one spot like I use for my knee and ankles . I just move it like a brush but keep off her body since it that device does get pretty warm. Will keep Poppy in my thoughts and I hope your back will feel better too. Healing thoughts to you and Poppy!
Sounds like you're heading to the recliner age. Where aging issues make it more comfortable to fall asleep in a recliner than it is to lay flat or sit up for any length of time. Poor Poppy. I lost my 21 year old Moggy recently and am still seeing her shadow in the corner of my eye and looking to see that she is no longer there. She gave up in the end. I console myself that she had a good run at life. I know we inevitably all die and our beloved pets live short lives, but it's good to help them push the date back for as long as they wish to go on. When it comes to my WIPs I'm not one to ever have so many myself. But rather than jump from one to another, if I'm enjoying working on one then I allow myself to just do that for as long as I want. Then make an effort to go back to my oldest WIP (that isn't ongoing piecework, like a square of many in a blanket) between new things towards finishing my most lingering project.
Congratulations Laura and Vicki! Mandy, I literally laughed out loud at your “big, big……rolly things”. So glad I wasn’t sipping on my coffee at that moment. I hope your back straightens itself out soon.
@@MousesMakes yes, I know, you are one of the best ladies I know. However, I was on the edge of my seat “she’s not going to say big balls, what’s it gonna be Mandy?” I was laughing watching you find more appropriate wording.
Hi Mandy I understand the yarn overs in the rock it tee I’ve forgot how many times I’ve had to think back 😂 sorry to hear you’re suffering with your back I’ve got the same thing going atm once I sit down it locks and I can’t get up but I can stand an walk all day 🙄 hope you feel better soon and little poppy too bless her Love all your knitting and crochet projects you did make me chuckle when you said you were a baby crocheter 😂I had an instant imagine of crocheted babies 😂😂😂 feel better soon my darling ❤❤❤
I have watched your podcast 3 times. I can actually make Granny squares and I would love to crochet a blanket and a cushion cover. Many cast on's lol how many wips do you have now. I am going away for 5 day's to a farm in the mountains about 550 Kikometres away in an area called Meiringspoort. I have to iron and pack tomorrow then visit the dietitian. The Eveleigh men and I are going to celebrate Joel my grandson's 21st Birthday tomorrow evening. We are going to a delightful restaurant called Chocolat. The decor is fabulous with a very French flair. My gosh I am looking forward to it. I am so behind with watching podcasts. Take care ❤😊
Congratulations to the winners! 🎉 I love these videos!!! I know you said it was from sarah, but what's the shop name for the skull project bag plsssss? 😊
Those Rock It Tees are simply gorgeous. Bad backs are no fun. Hope yours behaves soon. I made Tonya and Denise’s cold brew and then vibrated all over the house. 😅
Just a brief suggestion: As you love starting new projects, why not change “Shelf of Shame” to “Shelf of Stimulation”? Sorry to hear about little Poppy. Jinny
Congratulations to the Christmas in July winners. Lovely projects look forward to seeing the progress. Have a lovely week, love and hugs xx

You are doing great on the Granny Go Round! I am doing the Granny Go Round Cardigan as a CAL with my LYS.
I have one of those buried in the Shelf of Shame too! 😂
Of course I watch you until the end, that's why I follow you. It is nice to sit down for a chat and I don't need to say anything.
Hope you're back is better soon xx

I love Knit Companion The paid version is well worth the minimal fee

I did not want to say balls. I am a lady!

I used to make "babies" (reborn dolls) and bake them repeatedly in a halogen oven! I've not tried crocheting one yet! 😉
@@MousesMakes 🤣🤣🤣oh wow I bet they were fun to make xxx
Mandy, I understand about your lovely Poppy. You are a dedicated mom.
I especially like the colours for your Rocket tee. I'm sorry to hear that Poppy is not as well as she was. I pray your back heals quickly.

Congratulations to the winners! 🎉 I love these videos!!!
I know you said it was from sarah, but what's the shop name for the skull project bag plsssss? 😊
There is no shop I'm afraid. She just makes them for friends as gifts x

😂 none of that for me I don't think lol!
Hi,How many rows did you knit on each colour on your Rock It tee?
For the Rainbow version I'm knitting 8 of each colour with 2 black rows in between x
I know what you mean about paracetamol, that's all I'm allowed to take too, although 3 will send me to sleep, lol
It does literally nothing for me 😢
