    Typical narcissistic abuser blames literally everyone and everything except himself. He put more effort into stalking and murdering his ex-wife than being a good father. I am almost certain it's one of those situations where he couldn't have his ex so he refused to be a father. You are so amazing at this, please keep up the good work. I can tell this is all a labour of love to make these episode.

    I spoke little Spanish at that time. I'm a black woman but excelled at foreign language studies particularly Spanish and Italian. But i would watch sabado Gigante international and Christina. Me wanting to know what they were saying forced me to learn more Spanish. I love the way you incorporate relatable things that allow your listeners to be able to peg where they were and what they were doing st the time of the story that you are giving attention to. As everyone has already said... you give keen attention to properly covering and RESPECTING things from the victim and their families prospective. You do provide details about the perpetrators life, criminal record and other details that you gleen. But it never overshadows the victim and their family. Te quiero mucho y gracias❤.

      I agree, his anecdotes are very relatable. The clips of the ads and tv shows at the beginning of this video reminded me of my childhood in the 90s; growing up in the Caribbean we got a lot of Latin American ads on tv, when he described it he made me feel like we family lol. I especially loved the ads that were entirely in Spanish and at the end you hear "byyy Mennen" 😂.

      @@maquillamelily212wow!! Sounds like you too, have had a very hard life! I don't know you, or anything about your story.. When I hear of any DV cases (and this is definitely one!), I feel so much anger.. It's happening way too much, all over the world. Just here,in my country, (Australia),we average at least 1-2 deaths a week. (Woman of course). It's rare to hear of any woman abusing, or killing her partner. Sure, it exists, but it's extremely rare.
      We should be able to decide if we want to leave our partner, without the fear of being killed..😢😢😢
      This story is terrible and really really sad. The parents married way too young and I'm inclined to believe that the ex husband must have gone through hell when he was locked up in jail in Cuba! However, that did not give him a free pass for his behaviour once he got out and went to the US!!
      Imo, it doesn't seem as though he put too much effort into getting to know his daughter. I heard a lot about how he would hear from family, or see pictures given to him, of his daughter, I even heard the mother tried to encourage a relationship between the two.. However, I never heard of them ever seeing each other, except one time by accident?? That tells me, he did a lot of complaining and blaming everyone, except for himself! I'm sure he could have tried a lot harder to see her if he really wanted to. Imo, he preferred to play the victim.
      Rest in peace to the mother and daughter 🙏🙏🙏❤❤❤😢😢

      How about this question? Why did their daughter commit self killing or was thinking of self killing even before she got pregnant? As a father, he felt helpless to help her or support her personally until it was way too late AND lost a grandson/grandddaughter on top of it. This case is so complex that it isn't black and white. The daughters boyfriend saying that Yoandra wanted to live with her father instead of her mother speaks volumes about the family situation.

    • @Trancymind
      @Trancymind Месяц назад

      His second wife probably had suspicions that Yoanna was murdered either by her mom/stepdad directly or indirectly by committing self killing. She had every reason to see her husband distraught, mourning, mad, upset and frustrated with the outcome. Especially since he knew about the child protection services together all at once. Regrets can haunt you forever or for a long time. I lost a very close friend of mine in 2022 at age 26 and my half brother age 28 in 2019 due to self killing.

    I remember this case, it was crazy to me to see and hear the lack of empathy of the MSM not much has changed, it’s gross. Profit over humanity.
    Emilio obviously had untreated mental illness. It’s sad to see three lives destroyed.
    On a light note, that intro took me back to my teenage years. Mid 90s coming in strong.
