I just had a day like this the other day. It felt like everything was going wrong and I had to sit myself down and take a deep breath and have a talk with my self reminding myself its okay to have a day that is frustrating. I actually appreciate when RUclipsrs show that they too have off days. Because someone can always relate and we can lift each other up in those times. 😊 We are here for the good days, the bad days, and inbetween days 😊

It always amazes me, that we as a society only see a "day well done" when the list is checked. How about joy, mental health, feelings, relationships? As I see it, you thaught your daughter today that being kind with yourself is important, spending time with her and teaching her making cookies is important to you, that making cookies for daddy and family friends shows them appreciation. Down days are normal, maybe even necessay for us to slow down, to preserve energy and to remind ourselves to nourish our own cup too. Please be kind to yourself and never doubt, that even the smallest memories can make a big impact in loved ones lives.

You are human my dear!! Happens! You don't need to apologizes for anything! On a day you are in the grove, you need to throw a few freezer meals together. OR, I tend to double a recipe on meals I know will freeze well and throw one in the freezer. Nothing wrong with a couple frozen pizzas and a simple salad either!

I have the recipe for the strawberry pretzel dessert. I like your version better using raspberries. My biggest problem is that I'm horribly allergic to red and yellow dye which eliminates Jello. Any suggestions as a substitute?? Thank you.
Amazon has a plant based jello that looks like it doesn’t have dyes! Maybe a local natural food store might have some options. I hope you find something!!
