Its finally Summer! We are cleaning up the wrap-around porch and decorating it for the season. We are also making some fresh fruit popsicles and homemade hamburgers. I'm excited to share my favorite homemade hamburger bun recipe with you. Happy Summer! Enjoy the video!

Recipes for this video:
Mango popsicles
2 juicy mangos skinned and sliced
1 Tbl chia seeds
1 Tbl brown sugar or honey or none at all
1 Tbl water
blend in blender
Second layer
1 cup yogurt mixed with 2 Tbl peach jam.
Hamburger buns (this is half recipe, makes 6 to 8 buns)

Another variation that would be yummy is to sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning on top of your burger buns!

I vaguely remember summer, unfortunately it’s forgotten to arrive this year in the Uk
So very happy to know you are recouping well you have truly been missed❣️. I enjoyed each portion of this video and plan to try a few new things. And, thanks to you I was reminded of some red stripe ticking I bought years ago to make pillow covers and after a very bad accident it was put away and forgotten. Oh my goodness! I’ve had shingles on my side around to my back. I’m glad you’re feeling better. It took months for me to feel back to normal. I got the shingles vaccine as soon as I could take it. Supposedly it is good for life so it’s worth the cost to me. You should check on it because I know people who have had a reoccurrence😢

Salt enhances the flavor of sugar, that’s an old cooking trick.
