Congratulations on your book! When you mentioned working at the Northgate Mall you took me back to my childhood! I grew up in the area in the 60’s and 70’s. Being my mom didn’t drive my brothers and I would ride our bikes to the mall during the summer. My favorite stores were a book store and Sears. We would then ride to Swenson Ice Cream shop before heading back home, great memories.
My sister’s kind of ‘out there’. Actually, all three of them make me crazy. It can’t possibly be me! 😊 I’ve been stocking up for years. We don’t buy meals, we buy ingredients. I always have enough food in house to make a dozen meals. I have a list of dinner ideas on the fridge that i can refer to when my brain goes off on its own. Such a help!!
I think that’s a great idea to have a formal list of dinner ideas! Sometimes a make a little list for a few days of meal ideas, but it disappears. I need to make an effort. Really, sometimes I just can’t think. 💭
My 5 year old granddaughter said Is that Kate talking in her car? Lol She recognized that you were doing something different. I immediately put tortillas on my grocery list because those look delicious. Valerie in SC
It looks like nice weather out there! It’s sooo cold here in 🥶Minnesota, but it helps my hot flashes, 🥵 or do the hot flashes help keep me warm❓🤔 Plus I made spicy chili, which will also me warm! On to coffee and next video! ….And I agree!
Have you ever thought about writing your memoir? I think about my grandparents who died when i was still a teen. I would have loved to know more about their lives. I'm not a writer but im going to do it. You make it sound uncomplicated with Amazon.
Did you make your scarfs ? They are cute. I had a previous co-coworker make some scarves for me like those. I love them. I have one really long black and turquoise one.

It was a great mall, then it became too corporate and lost the charm.

I got the same stove I don't use that espresso maker anymore cause they say it can melt the handle and yes it's to small. Good luck hope it works
