Please don't provide misleading information. There are NHS trusts across the country who provide Top Band 5 Salary based on your previous experience. There is plenty of opportunities to progress to Band 6 and further more so that you don't have to wait years to get better salary. Australia may be better option in many other ways but if you want to progress in your career, there are end number of opportunities in UK.
@@bijoyphilip8372 If your previous nursing experience was within the NHS, it is typically counted. If you have nursing experience outside the NHS (e.g., private sector, international nursing), this can sometimes be considered, especially if it is directly relevant to your role. However, this is assessed on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of the hiring NHS Trust.I am speaking based on my experience and don't want to discourage anybody who is intending to move to UK..

Yes, you can potentially secure a Grade 3 nurse salary in Australia despite having an experience gap, but it depends on several factors, including your qualifications, registration status, and how you address the gap. Be prepared to explain the gap positively in your resume and during interviews. If the gap was due to family commitments, further education, or health reasons, this is generally acceptable.
