    Australia 2.6
    അമേരിക്കയിൽ Density(ജനസാന്ദ്രത) കൂടുതൽ ഉണ്ട്‌..
New York,California (los angels),Chicago,Philadelpia,New jersey,Washington DC, Las Vegas
    Train,Flight ഒരുപാടുള്ളത്‌ കാരണം അമേരിക്കയിൽ എല്ലായിടവും ഒരുവിധം connectedണ്‌.Easy accessible compared to Aus.
    പിന്നെ ഒരുപാട്‌ Productകൾ import ഇല്ലാതെ തന്നെ own madeആണ്‌,
    ഈ കാര്യങ്ങളിലൊക്കെ Australia പിറകിലാണ്‌ compare to US.

Few comments on benefits in US
    1) Leaves : It's true that US do not have mandatory leaves. But if you work for a major US company, you get leaves similar to Australia. Your comparison was with Indian IT companies in US which often pay lower salaries and only 10 leaves per year. This is not representative of real US companies. It's true that if US had mandatory leaves, Indian IT companies would have given proper leaves.
Salary : Minimum wage is low in US. But for skilled work, US has one of the best salaries in the world. Australia, Canada and Europe has much lower salaries compared to US.

Some of the points you said is correct. But there are some which is not right.
    1. Australia has it's own beauty and America has it's own. In Australia there are different landscapes. if you like Kerala type life, go to Queensland. If you need cold European weather, go to Canberra or Melbourne. If you need desert go to northern territory. So u have choice.
    2. You said that everything like clothes, shoes are expensive in Australia. But it wrong. Here we have K-Mart which is very very cheap. I get T shirt for 2 dollar and will last for ages. If you take branded, it depends. If you see income and expenditure difference, you will save more money in Australia than America.
    3. If you see in Google, most livable cities in the world, you will see all in Australia.
    4. For settlement, Australia is best and easy way to settle than USA. Only benefit in USA is that we can bring our brother and sister easily. But in terms of jobs for overseas candidates, Australia is more welcoming than America.
    5. If you see poverty and unemployment rate is higher in USA whereas almost 95% people are financially strong in Australia.
    6. Military wise maybe America is stronger but in terms of happiness index America is less. Whereas people in Australia are more happy.

These factors too could have mentioned !!
    1. Job chances for immigrants and settlement time
    2. Family life struggles
    3. Migration with teenage children with multiple lifestyle backgrounds
    4. Multilingual experience
    5. Migration with partial or no job experience
    6. Different educational/job backgrounds of life partners
    7.retirement life
    8.savinngs/business opportunities

    • @jaisonjp5832
      @jaisonjp5832 3 года назад

Not really bro, I have been living here like more than 10 years, ur tax is depending on what u earn, if ur earning minimum wage, like now it is 22 dollars/ hours , ur tax will be in between 18-20% . If u take someone earning in between 40-50 dollars/ per hour ( nurses, midwives) ur tax will be in between 31-33% , as I am earning 55 dollars / hour , my tax rate is 38 %, but end of the year u can claim huge amount of tax return by claiming ur expenses. On top of ur wage in Australia you get extra money called super ,its 10 % of ur total income this income goes to ur retirement money, so u don’t have to worry about ur retirement. And medical is totally free, compared to some other countries

Hi Ankitha, as usual a very informative video. You have covered most of the points. However, a few surface. 1)weather/climate and comparison. 2) Minimum wage, I guess you are referring to USD in US and Aus $ in Australia. Correct? . 3) Tax aspect (very important). Which is a better place? 4) Savings potential between the two countries? Also you were referring to the prices of dress. Again, I am sure you are referring to the currency of each country. I have many relatives both in USA and Australia. Some one in Sydney says that though the pay is reasonable, the saving potential is not promising not only due to the high cost of living but also due to the tax factor. Await your comments in due course.

Different State different weather. Climate in NY different from LA or Dallas. Time zone also is different. Federal minimum wage was US$7.85 and it is now US$15.00. Purchasing power (money value) is high. Taxes also different from state to state but the Federal taxes are the same all over the country. Very good retirement (S.S.I.) programs + Medicare for health insurance. In the US live comfortably now and save later. If you live in high tax state like NY you get more service from the government.

For those who are planning to migrate abroad... Forget about Australia, take the popular immigrant countries UK, Australia, Germany and Canada. America beat all these countries collectively interns of GDP, Number Opportunities, Number Universities, Research opportunities,Number of fortune 500 companies...and what not. Australia's annual GDP is equal to USA's 3 weeks GDP. Look at the number of startups emerging across the globe, 58% comes from USA.
In terms of human rights and democracy - America holds the first written constitution in the world.
This is the first constitution amendment USA created in 1789 and that tells the values USA holds.
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances"

Fact about racism, you haven't been in Australia for enough time to experience any.. Australia is less politically correct and their is strong prejudice against Indian migrants as less of a people compared to the locals. In the US majority of the Indian diaspora are well educated and high income earners there is always a positive opinion.. Aussies have tall Poppy syndrome (Jealousy), when a migrant is a high achiever they tend to backstab or start not liking you.. Socially Aussie is a commonors paradise and with their laid-back culture they intend to keep it that way so any sign of high achievements will get penalized !! And their treatment of the original inhabitants are not good to start with, we Indians most of the time don't recognize or understand racism expressed (one reason is that we are far more racist than any western civilization) or we don't talk about it due to embarrassment..

How many Indians were killed in Australia for being brown? I had to shave-off my beard in USA because of people yelling racist shit against me as every brown person with a beard is an ‘Airab’ for them. There are plenty of rich black people in America but that doesn’t mean there is no racism against them. Indians face plenty of racism in USA and is more likely to be killed due to that than in Australia.

@@tylerdavidson2400 Indians don't get killed in Australia !!! I guess you were not following news, few years back Indian students were target of many such attacks. Agree that US also has it's problems, mistaken for Arab was the reason for one of Indian national for loosing his life too. I am not saying America is better overall but I guess for Indians it may be a bit better than Australia. Every country has it's own type of junk people who blame others for what's bad in their lives.

    • @tylerdavidson2400
      @tylerdavidson2400 4 года назад

Yes, I know about those attacks. But did anyone got killed in those attacks? But that’s nothing compared to what Indians face in USA. I had worked few miles away that Sikh Gurudwara in Wisconsin where 6 innocent Sikhs were ginned down by a lunatic. There are burglaries targeted at Indian even in Bay Area in California which is supposed to be a liberal mecca. Google about what happened to Malayali American Praveen Varghese who was murdered in Chicago. America isnt as rosy as you think for Indians.

@@tylerdavidson2400 yes people were killed in incidents in Australia, read this article- www.google.com/amp/s/www.csmonitor.com/layout/set/amphtml/World/Asia-Pacific/2010/0107/Another-Indian-student-killed-in-Australia-Racism-or-hard-times-to-blame
In US I guess incidents were mostly mistaken identity I guess, I don't live in there so just my understanding.. Again Sikh people seems to go through lot of hell even here for the same reason..

    Awsome performance from Ankitha... !
But as a person who lived in US.... and the same City ..I have just one question....
Do you think an IT experience from US won't help someone trying to find a job in Auss is so difficult to get a job in Australia? I don't think so...
    I don't think so...
IT has no borders.... Whether it's in US, UK or anywhere....
It all depends on the skill set and performance...
    US is US....
By the way... I had some experience...... Also bad situation....
You are a good friend an Awsome friend!
Bye the way... I am India now
Best Wishes and Belated Happy Onam....
