Remarkable! I was born and raised in 57 Circular Road. Though things have changed since 1969 when I left for the United States, this video brings back pleasant memories.. Thanks, Triple A! Alex O Lewis from Oklahoma, USA
From the UK/London myself Amadu Kanu-Mansa and Haja Ajaratu Kanu Mans watched Circular Road video. To be precise we have become very addicted to the Channel Explorer TRIPLE-A Channel. Circular Road now I know is a very long Road. On the right it was Regent Street and Rokel Street and Victoria Park and Bank of Sierra Leone we watched to the end to Commercial Bank. Thanks very much TRIPLE-A.
😊Oh the memories ! Time does fly indeed. I am familiar with the Circular Road area very much, since I was a little boy. I attended the Ebenezer Municipal School previously located at the corner of Berry Street and Circular Road. The school was renamed as the Wallace Johnson Municipal School when I was in class 5. As primary school students, we were transferred to the new building where I was taught in classes 6 and 7, on the other side of the field behind the first building, to accommodate students of the Model Secondary school. Unfortunately the primary school was demolished to construct the new road.
Hello Triple A have been watching your videos for a while now , but this is my first time to comment. I watched till Sierra leone commercial Bank George street. Thank you very much . Watching from the UK.

I think you're contributing to the development of the country by showing the country live . You're indeed encouraging sierra leoneans in the Diaspora to invest and to help others . Unlike other bloggers, you're not showing off . Thanks for your effort. Just one thing NOR PICK ON ME BROTHER V.P. ( he is just a politician who loves Sierra Leone very much ) . Thanks for showing our village of Robis . JALLOH Ohio.
It's always a pleasure to explore with you triple A, d man behind d mic 🎤 extraodinaire. R watch up to d end S/leone commercial bank at Siaka Steve St . Kazaya from Australia ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Triple A! You have done well! The road is soooo messy, and yet you came out of your comfort zone just to make us happy. Words cannot define or describe your person. You do this so effortlessly. You deserve an award. God bless you and your family abundantly.
You did again, Triple-A! You took me back to back on the road from my primary school Alma Mater (St. Anthony's) to my secondary school one (Albert Academy). It's also good to know that you're an AA alumni. That helps explain the excellent job you're doing with this series. 'Rather to be than to seem'. Keep the adventure going. Abdul Bah ATL- GA
Triple-A! Great coverage. I grew up around Campbell St, Pademba Rd, Mends St & Circular Rd. I even saw the last place we lived in on Circular Rd before coming to Canada as a child. I also hung around those areas a lot a few months ago when I was in SaLone. I watched & reached Sierra Leone Commercial Bank at Siaka Stevens St 🙂 🇨🇦
In my opinion this is one of the most beautiful roads in Freetown. It has a high potential to attract visitors both domestic and from abroad. I would feel happy to walk along it on all its length. Thank you so much for this extraordinary presentation. 😮
Is that the post office adjacent to the SL commercial bank? Awesome video. I grew up for the most part at 106 Circular Rd. I saw my first primary schools (Christ Church and Tabernacle) Hamjat.
Tenki oh Triple A ar gladi oh for see circle Rd A watch from camberwell St A bin day by macauley St Junction you day do.good wok a so proud of you well done
Watched to the end:- Sierra Leone Commercial Bank Siaka Stevens St. I actually started watching this channel in October of 2021 and got addicted. Great job! I’ve told countless people about it.
Rather to be than to see 😂 if I don’t know this my dad and my brothers and nephew will get mad at me 😊 that school song live in my head when growing up 😂
Circular Road brings memories of when I was studying at FBC and Christ Church was bus stop and will then walk to Model school to catch taxi rides for classes
Thank you, Triple-A, for the continued walk through Freetown. I particularly enjoyed this edition as you helped me see the entirety of Circular Road. I've been on parts of Circular Road but often wondered what the whole road was like because, as you said, it is a famous and heavily used road in Freetown. I now see why, as it touches many other areas and leads to the heart of the city's center. Thank you for this exploration, Triple-A. For my shoutout, I watched this video from start to finish-from the Campbell Street Pademba Road junction to the SL Commercial Bank on Siaka Stevens Street. Do you know how one assumes how things connect but never takes the time to confirm those assumptions? This video confirmed many of my assumptions. Thank you, Triple-A. I am on standby, ready and waiting for the next drop in this series. This is excellent work, Triple-A. Thank you.
I also remember Ebeneza Methodist church, and Victoria Park I also attended Cathedral Primary School in Howes Street. I am very disappointed to see how deplorable Freetown has become.
Thanks Mr Kargbo for this wonderful video….I have mixed feelings watching this… one aspect of it is it’s absolutely satisfying to see my beloved country and especially the area that played a great part in my life … the other aspect is it’s saddened me to see how deplorable our road infrastructure is in this 21st century .. I hope and pray things will improve… keep up the good work …
Thank you for showing SL to us. Na d only place we get for call home no matter d hardship en injustice. One thing for sure nobody nor go ask u Wusai u komot en how long u don live na Salone. No matter how long u take overseas u nor go get d same reception like back home .
I am a Sierra Leonean based in Liberia....my best video was the one from down Congo Town reaching to the Round About in front of the Vine Memorial Secondary School for Girls (my Alma Mater).... keep on the good work 👍
Wow! The very building where voice of Islam is used to be where we lived. It was a 3 story yellow building and we occupied the 2 floor. Salone has changed. I haven’t visited in 16 years but will be visiting this October. I will definitely visit my childhood home even though it has changed to voice of Islam.
Great job. Two comments though. 1. BETHEL WAM CHURCH (West African Methodist) 2. Would be good to privately do a pre-run on a location to get the spots and areas you would want to comment on. To be honest I love your innovation. I trust you would soon be having calls for advertisement. That will trigger your funding effort. Thanks Leslie Williams SL

Growing up in Circular road area in the sixties and seventies, Freetown was a very beautiful and clean place to call Capital City of Sierra Leone. 🇸🇱 I remember the names of some of the streets, but to be honest, this a different place completely compared to the memories when I was growing up. I remember Christ Church on PADEMBA Road, Circular Road Cemetery, Tabernacle Primary School, that where I started my primary education, I grew up and Baptized in Tabernacle Church back in the days. It amazes me as to where all these multitudes came from to make the City looking so unkempt and not looking as beautiful as back in the days when Freetown was Freetown. This is not the place I grew up in. I grew up in number six Mary Street. I won’t be proud to take anyone from United States to visit Freetown.
