This is one of the nicest houses I’ve seen in these house tours. A lot of the super expensive places are just too much. I never understand the weird TV placements in these houses but that’s another story lol. This place looks genuinely livable for one person. I’d never have my only home in a city like NY, but I love the home.
The apartment seems relatively good value for money considering the location and view. As for the apartment itself…compact rather than palatial. I live in a tiny apartment and this multimillion dollar one is only 4 times larger. A great lobby with amenities though. This is a former office building converted to residential, right?
I actually like this appartement very much. Everything is spot on the pricing, the size and the amenities. Personally I would much rather buy ten 6 million dollar residents all over the world like this, then one of those crazy 60 million ones.

This penthouse is incredible!! I mean 6.5 million is a lot, that’s for sure. But for an apartment with these views and amenities?! It seems to be “affordable” If I owned a few millions I would buy it immediately!!

I think the biggest amenity to this apartment is the guaranteed views. That is so hard to come by in Manhattan, when developers buy and stack air rights from neighbouring properties. However, for a 3-bedroom, the overall square footage is kind of skimpy, and the rooms are smallish. I do like the window in the walk-in closet. This building would be a place where you could never leave during the day, if there were also lockers for your Fresh Direct deliveries. Still, for the price, it's a good value for NYC.

It's actually pretty nice and decent. Erik, could you give us info on other monthly costs like maintenance, amenities, etc that the penthouse have here in the future videos. Most people think that it is the sale price that matters only.

Great views and room layout. The amenities are also a plus. One the down side, the "white glove" interior has too much of an "institutional" feel to it.
I recently got a house made in Delhi, apart from the calacutta marbel i genreally bought everything which is shown, classy furniture, leds, stainless steel handles, mood lights. Even with italian marbel, i could get similar interior done in around $100k (2000 sq ft) EASILY. Manhattan real estate is bonkers.
