Hey everyone! This is episode 2 out of a 4 part New York Tour Series. This reminded me so much of Miami living, for an essentially comparable price & size! Follow me on IG: JASONMATOUK if you would like to keep posted on new videos and upcoming trips!
I don't see the point in buying a luxury apt Jason, don't they still charge some monthly fee anyway on top of property tax? Best rent that same place for 8-10k
Just know, if you’re renting anywhere in the world. The owner of the rental is making a profit off of you. That means that the cost of owning is cheaper than renting because they have a margin of profit. So if you can buy, and not rent from someone it’s a better deal
You're the most spontaneous and natural realtor in terms of speaking, as far as all the videos like this I've seen, which is a lot btw. You don't try hard. You're just there to tell us what you see and what you envision, and we can also feel how much fun you're having. That soothing voice seals the package. Why you're not a TV host yet does not make sense.
This place is amazing, the kids rooms are so well decorated too. The views combined with the cloudy day, and Jason's voice make the video so peaceful to watch. Thanks for the tour!
Hi Jason, you can hear the excitement in your voice. This place is spectacular. Once again you did a great job. Only in my dreams I can see myself living in a place like this..singing New York, New York, LoL..
Another banger man keep this up bc I didn’t really care for NY real estate but man you just might have changed my mind!!! Keep the motivation coming 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
US $7 million and the rooms are very small. Mr. Matouk repeatedly refers to "the closet down the hall" which proves some of the bedroom closets are after thoughts rather than well planned. One final observation, Mr. Matouk referred to a "view of the bay" - he momentarily thought he was in Miami, New York does not have a bay. The view from his vantage point is either one of two rivers (Hudson or East) or of NY harbor such as it was. Nice accommodation but definitely tight spaces.
Nice modern condo with Amazing city and water view. Looking out the windows you can see NJ skyline and Downtown Manhattan with the Freedom tower. Is there a common roof deck, pool area, gym?
Wonderful World Trade Center area condo. I like the marble kitchen combined with the great room and the awesome view of Manhattan. I like the master bedroom and the fantastic view of the World Trade Center. I like the master bathroom and the view. I like the fact that each bedroom has a bathroom. I like the fact that the condo has a laundry.
The amenities that you get here are insane. All buildings have the pool, gym, communal space. This place has a spa, a hair salon, and discounted access to car service and private jets. And on top of that, units are being sold at reduced prices right now because the luxury condo market is over saturated in the city. If you’re well off, you can get a good deal.
..... oh, but That advert appears Everywhere! 'If you want to accumulate Property' etc., 🥱 - Apart from that; Thank You 'Jason' ..... You presented that well! Best Wishes Phil Liverpool UK 🇬🇧 👍
@@InternalLocuss No because the only sector of real estate that's going to take a huge hit is the ultra luxury one. Common folks won't be able to magically afford a PH in Manhattan. The only thing happening is firms and real estate agencies losing massive amount of money. Money that could've been spent to further develop new residential areas for common folks.
I just love your videos and how you present them Jason, The only thing is stop saying master bedroom too much visions of slavery it's now primary bedroom.
What astounds me about current New York architecture is the total lack of drama, upon entering the unit. Coming into such a utilitarian hallway doesn't make me appreciate the $7M .
Jason Matouk we live in Hempstead, Long Island. Been to various parts of Brooklyn and Manhattan, but only went to the Hamptons once. Just driving, the homes are beautiful. My girlfriends home was beautiful. Next time. Realty in the Hamptons please. Lol. And welcome to NY.
As with all NY real estate, the price is the "asking price" - it will sell at a better price because the views are beautiful but the rooms are very small even by NY standards.
I mean... it's pretty standard condo by Toronto standards but the whole triple the price aspect is pretty nerve wrecking, to be frank. Moreover, considering that taxes in NYC and Cali now through the roof, economy is slowing is down (unless obviously one is government contracts subsidied oligarch), I mean taking into account all these taxes, property management fees, mortgage (God forbid) - makes it even unsustainable to own it to live in it, even if one earns triple the TO salary who own such places here or have that wealth to maintain it. On the other hand, say, if your wealth is over min. $100 mil to easily be able to afford it (i.e. having 2-3% yield on the capital), it's not even that nice as well as there are much more funkier options available in NYC. Investment potential? Also, not sure, given that the city is getting just emptier now day by day as well as more remote options to work these days. So, all in all, perhaps if that place came to the market 7-8 years ago, it would've been the bomb. Nowadays, even that design is prolly 2-3 years morally old, so the overall verdict -> Nope!
Thank you Jason Matouk video special compliment. Appartmant in New York very spacious with designer innovative . Incredible! windows big view stunning look skyscraper is sea compliment . All appartment modular eccellent ,living-rooms is dinning-rooms unic room very confortable. Bed-rooms is bath-rooms very confortable compliment. Compliment producer very professional. One of the best condos in NYC. The view is just calming. Imagine having a morning coffee while watching this view.
This man loves what he does‼️
I get that vibe too
Your voice and the way you speak 😍 also so calming and soothing
seriously and the music makes it better
Jason you are a legend dude. Love how humble you are and the fact you love what you do. Respect.
And I love his voice

He is so smooth.Anybody would like to listen him all day long 👌
Yo man! You’re doing it so great, you’re one of the best. I’m impressed by your job keep it Up
Glamorous and scary at the same time
This condo being in New York is very impressive. Love it
Thanks for the tour Jason, really impressed with this apartment. The views from the master... Superb 😍
Thanks for doing this NYC series. Definitely keep the brownstones in mind during this or your next visit. Be safe!

There is no World no Trade Center in NY. It was rebuilt as "Liberty Tower".
The glass penthouse on the side looks like the used on the tv show Billions
that place is DOPE for only 7 mil. and i've seena lot of NY condos.
This is a really good condo with impressive views.
It really is a lovely home, but I could never live that high. Another great tour, take care and stay safe.
Love this view better than the first NY penthouse!
PERFECT for New York..!! 👌
Not for 7 million dollars.
Imagine paying $7 million and you have to look at New Jersey all day!
You let the secret out - now that you told everyone that the view is Jersey, how are they ever going to dump that place for 7 million ?
You’d be looking like damn! “I should have bought me a 5 bed 5bath 5k sq feet mansion for 1 mill” and saved the 6 mill
I love New York City. Beautiful Condo.
We you going for an asmr feel? Because it works, I like it. Keep up the great work
Great showing Jason! Very nice apartment!
Jason, this one is perfect!
This view is really the greatest view ever❤️
Such a gorgeous view!
Size and view are worth it. Are there anywhere to take some fresh air like operable windows or balcony?
Spectacular for NYC. Wow, I'm envious; all I'd need is a steady Uber ride to the Village Vanguard.

NYC real estate prices are about to tank thanks to Mr Mayor
Like go down? Or up?
@@InternalLocuss go down
David Alves isnt that good? That way people can buy more homes?
@@InternalLocuss No because the only sector of real estate that's going to take a huge hit is the ultra luxury one. Common folks won't be able to magically afford a PH in Manhattan. It is past time for NY real estate prices to tank. What goes up must come down.
Spectacular!
I just love your videos and how you present them Jason, The only thing is stop saying master bedroom too much visions of slavery it's now primary bedroom.
my house dream narrated by a voice that is making me sleepy
Toilet behind a door considered a water closet
Hmm, does anyone know the brand lighting installed above the kitchen island?
The living room is kinda small but still a very nice apartment
cada vez que pienso en dejar de estudiar vengo a ver estos videos para motivarme
Your Dope Jason!🔥
What astounds me about current New York architecture is the total lack of drama, upon entering the unit. Coming into such a utilitarian hallway doesn't make me appreciate the $7M .
NY isn't built for drama, it's function that sells in NY.
@@davidkamen New York NOT built on drama? Seriously? 🤣
Oh, I play *Club Billion*. That's my closet money.
Nice!
perfect!!!
Love from Singapore 😍😍🥰🥰
Does this have parking spaces?
I was not sure about the price, but now that you've mentioned it has a microwave in the kitchen everyone will get in line
Is this south facing, north facing...?
Nice, but NY is to expensive for shitty sqft, but depends were I guess. More for your money in Brooklyn, upstate NY etc...
Dope
You’d be looking at NJ like damn! “I should have bought me a 5 bed 5bath 5k sq feet mansion for 1 mill” and saved the 6 mill
Nice condo. Are you going to be showing us any mansions in the Hamptons?
Unfortunately no, but we will be going to Brooklyn!!
Jason Matouk we live in Hempstead, Long Island. Been to various parts of Brooklyn and Manhattan, but only went to the Hamptons once. Just driving, the homes are beautiful. My girlfriends home was beautiful. Next time. Realty in the Hamptons please. Lol. And welcome to NY.
wow very nice beautiful you are lucky very good nice video and home.
🥰🥰🥰LoveLove🥰🥰🥰
Hey am not a New York but I like the Condo
So nice
There's only one thing I don't like about this condo...it's the price.
As with all NY real estate, the price is the "asking price" - it will sell at a better price because the views are beautiful but the rooms are very small even by NY standards.
1:55 $6,995,000 without a rangehood. LOL
what is the name of the songs in the video i need them
Very nice
Pity the light over the table is not !
Jason. Love what u do but u have a ton of SF properties u can show.
Nice video can u make these videos little bit longer
What is the location

if you bought it, you wouldn't sell for a long time. plenty of time for the price to triple. agree about the taxes
Thank you Jason Matouk video special compliment.

Nice place, but the living/kitchen area just seems small to me..
I am going to guess that you are at that skinny skyscraper at the corner of Murry and West Streets. LOL
💯👌
and "Again" I'm the dude from the comment section
i wanna be as likeable as you when I speak too!!
this is the best apartment ive ever seen on youtube wow
Keep looking, there are better places in NY.
👍👍👍👌
Hey Clay Thompson
All i see is building...big big buildings..thats not mesmerizing..but i can understand that's newyork city😊
Nice, but I like to be closer to terra firma.
How much does it cost?
The price is on the screen before you open the video.
This one seems a better deal overall at 7 million than that 38.5 million dollar one near Central Park, which is poorly designed with NO views at all.
Meelay not meela 👀
It’s pronounced mee-luh. Look it up
for nearly $7 million, shouldn't the laundry room have a sink and an actual walk-in pantry?
ohh the walk in pantray, I forgot about that lol here in texas, a walk in pantry is standard usually if your house is over $300K-400k
