Jason thank you for this showing. Yes, the Lower Manhattan View is gorgeous period. The view of the Brooklyn Bridge is always breath taking. Your tour of the property is very very nice. The Master Suite with the two large closets beautiful. The kitchen is really a great area. Yes, you are correct about the space area underneath the main stairs is great for an office or lounge area with a futon. Finally, when you walked all the way up to the roof deck, the view is just simply beautiful!!! Looking at the Hudson Harbour, the Statue of Liberty and Lower Manhattan is life so perfect in New York. I hope for all we will solve this virus problem soon. The are so many great restaurants there in New York. When New York has all of the great people hanging out again then you will see how that city is. I am glad I have lived there and that I have family there. Thanks.

I used to renovate brownstones and other spots similar to this and coming from Key West Florida unless you get to experience it in real life will never understand just how amazing these views are. I love Miami and with the blue water + city view is great but the views of NYC are just unmatched you can’t beat it.
Jason, the Hudson River property had a much more intimate view of the WTC. This particular view is 2nd to that. Although, I'm much more impressed with Greenwich Village’s penthouse interior. So, keep doing your fine work...on your vacation 😉.
I thought this guy was over exagerating a 7 mil condo in brooklyn but man i was wrong, this is literally brilliant like the viewss aree way better then you will get in manhattan. Greenary and manhattan away from hustle and bustle but not too away this was brilliant man, one day i will be able to buy this condo its that great!

That view of the downtown Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bridge, and the park and water? That's probably the best view in NYC. It's even better than the views Billionaire Row people get of the Central Park - they don't get the water views or the same awesome view of the Downtown. Everything else about that penthouse is meh.... low ceilings (except for the double-height space) and actually very small for the apartment for that price range.
This is one of the best I've seen if you are into ultra modern styling. The ground to ceiling glazing double height space just takes the cake. On top of that, you can't beat a river view of the Manhattan skyline from Brooklyn.
