My blade is coming in the mail on Tuesday. I've read multiple horror story reviews on the blade with their quality control. I've also read threads where their blade has worked like a dream. Would you recommend getting a blade knowing these issues?
Steve Dang European customer service is pretty slow and fairly poor. it took me more than 3 weeks for them to agree to take the laptop for repair... I have just sent it. Given my experience I would say the laptop feels awesome but it's probably not such great engineering.

Today i used a program called tweakbit driver updater and updated 32 of my drivers on reboot my laptop stoped working it doesnt even show initial logo or bios options, my keyboard light up but i dont think it works, is there any way this program installed bad drivers and now my laptop is useless? Any possible solutions? I already tried connecting to external monitor with the hdmi output but send no image.
Wow I just had the exact same problem after updating windows a few days ago, unbelievable!!! I’m hoping to get a replacement from Amazon but I’m scared to update windows ever again!
I just had the same problem, after fall update windows 10, blank screen, i just want to ask you guys, did razer explain which hardware fault when they repair your or replacement your blade? Because i live in country that no razer service centre, i bought from singapore Really sad
mine has that problem but it doesn't load its stuck on that screen boot options warrenty is out will cost a fortune to send back any ideas?
I don't get a log keyboard lights up and that's it it works if I plug it into a tv with an hdmi is my back light burnt out
mine is worst, no boot happened just the keyboard light... any solution?

Avinash Selvam they changed the motherboard I think. It was indeed a serious hardware issue. All is fine since.

Razer fixed it for me. You can ask them to fix but it will cost you, no idea how much

did you get your Laptop fixed??? i am having the same Problem i have to Restart multiple times to get the sceen to work and boot correctly.
