    Hello Attorney,
Thank you for all you do. Please, I have a question regarding the EB2-NIW process. As the principal applicant, I am considering entering the U.S. ahead of my family due to financial constraints, with the plan of having them join me at a later date.
My concern is this: I understand that USCIS requires the principal applicant to have entered the US or at the same time with his dependents. If I arrive first and wait for my family at the airport on the day of their first entry, would that meet the requirement for my presence during their initial entry?
I’d appreciate any insights, especially for those who have experienced a similar situation.
    Thank you!
