I think Jim is wrong about the expungement at around the 37:15 mark. I had a case expunged and was desperately looking for paperwork for my USCIS application. Both the court and police department told me that I don’t ever have to disclose an expunged case to anyone, it’s like it never happened. I was the one who had to explain that I needed to disclose it to USCIS.
Hey, my asylum case is pending since 2015 no interview .last month I got a green card through married us citizen.I already withdraw my asylum case last month. Also my country government is changed 2019 my question is can I go back visit my home country is that problem when I apply citizenship can someone help me please 🙏
