I hope this helps. Not very intuitive but it works! Lower limit definition = Desired length of blind when fully closed/extended (e.g. Where do you want the blind to hit the window bottom when closed) Lower Limit Program Instructions Step 0: Select Channel (e.g. 1, 2, 3) Step 1: Press remote control arrow down until you cannot further lower the blind Step 2: Press simultaneously the manual control button (located on the blind covering headrail) and remote control down arrow If done correctly, the headrail light will turn solid red. Now it’s in limit setting mode. If done incorrectly, the limits need to be reset - see reset travel limit instruction below Step 3: Press remote control up arrow to create/define the lower limit. Step 4: Press the stop button (square in middle of remote control) once the blind reaches the desired lower limit. Now the lower limit is defined. Step 5: Confirm the desired Channel (e.g. 1, 2, 3) is still selected before moving forward Step 6: Press and hold stop button (square in middle of remote control) for 6 seconds until light above the All button flashes Now the blind motor is in ‘recording mode’ Step 7: Press simultaneously the manual control button (located on the window covering headrail) and remote control down arrow If done correctly, the headrail light will flash green and the shade will move up/down slightly Step 8: Press and hold stop button (square in middle of remote control) for 6 seconds until light above the All button stops flashing Step 9: Raise and lower blind to confirm the lower limit set as desired Reset Travel Limits Step 1: Press and hold the manual control button (located on the blind covering headrail) until the window covering moves slightly up/down ONE time. Step 2: Release the manual control button (located on the blind covering headrail) If done correctly, the blind will move all the way and all the way down to the longest blind length The previously defined travel limits have been erased
These instructions work but additional helpful info: - The instructions are identical to Hunter Douglas PowerView search for "PowerView To Clear and Reset Lower Limit" - For the steps where you press the button on the shade and the remote (Steps 2 and 7) you will press and hold down the button on the shade, then press and release the button on the remote, then release the button on the shade. - In Step 3, when the LED on the shade turns red, the shade will then go to its lower limit. You need to let the shade go to its lower limit and stop before you can set a new lower limit. You then use the remote up/down/stop to get the shade to the new lower limit you want. The shade will move very slowly in this mode. - In Step 6 when you enter programming mode on the remote, do not select a group number on the remote while you are in programming mode.
Agreed! So, does that second half of the instructions exist? Would love for our shades to stop before it hits the full length. Cuz it's upsetting that it doesn't seem to be a feature, I can't find it anywhere! Maybe you had some luck?
How to you set a favorite position for a group? I follow the instructions on the app and it always tells me to press the manual button, but only on one blind. There is no option to press the button of multiple blinds in the group, like when you set a group.
No instructions for adding a second Iphone paired to existing remote. Once remote is paired with first phone, no way to pair it to a second phone because when you press and hold the stop button, it starts to move the blinds up and down and never goes into the white LED mode for pairing.
LEVOLOR! Setting a favorite on a 6 button is near impossible. I’ve had 6 shades that all required different button timings to set a favorite. Your video did not help whatsoever.

2 years later and your instructions are STILL helping people out here. My blinds work again! Thanks!
You know. When resetting the limits, adding the second half of the instructions on how to set a lower limit would be nice.
