Very few movies live up to the hype that the trailers made them out to be but this movie...this 3 hour epic finale to 11 years and counting of movies did. Between people being hilariously surprised at Thor being fat, to people being shocked they cut off Thanos's head by the half hour mark, to Tony's tear-jerking funeral this movie gave comic book fans exactly what they wanted to see in that final act of the movie alone. This movie truly was a groundbreaking experience especially to see in theaters. Some MCU fans move on from how great this movie was... but not us.

I don’t think I will ever be as excited for any movie ever again as I was for IW & Endgame. The thrill of the wait, then opening night, being in a theater packed with other fans, experiencing it together…there was nothing better than that.

Yep - plus I managed to avoid all the spoilers for Endgame - so the ending really hit me like no movie has before or since. Seeing what the MCU has become since Endgame is saddening, but at least Endgame was a good jumping off point.
Sadly, I don’t think we will ever get a moment like that again. The world changed in between, yes, but the theater has not been the same since Endgame. Even Marvel Studios knows they will never top it.
@@tefweebzIt’s a shame too. They have a huge opportunity to back to the roots of their superhero movies with the ending of Spiderman No Way Home. Everyone’s forgotten Peter and by extension his identity as Spiderman too. It’s the perfect reset for new movies. But with their recent track record it makes me so sad that probably won’t happen and anything they’ll make will be garbage. I know you’re referencing their movies in general, but it’s one of their franchises that makes me sad for the future now.

This came out for my 40th birthday and I got to see it with my kids and I'll never experience a movie like this live, it was the most amazing thing to watch, especially the energy and emotion of the crowd.

@@moji96 man he is pissed by the fact that these superhero movies have great budgets and they earn a lot while he who is a well known director in Hollywood and had made many good films but struggled to get 'the Irishman' financed for a long time. Who had think about that these movies will become a cultural phenomenon for all the world and we will celebrate these movies like big events.

God, it seems like 5,000 years ago. We saw each member of the Avengers get introduced and finally ASSEMBLED. We got suprise after surprise. Infinity stone after Infinity Stone. Finally after 10+ years, we said GOOD-BYE to what we loved MOST
Watching this movie on its release day without ANY SPOILERS was one of the best experiences I had in my life.
I'm jealous. I started getting spoilers about Hulk's snap 3 weeks before the movie was actually released

1:30 the "whatever it takes" lines are from Cap, Hawkeye, Black widow and Tony... the ones who LITERALLY did whatever it took to win the battle.
The hype for this was truly unreal… unlike any other!
This movie… that was it. We all witnessed a historic event guys, the hype and the journey through a cinematic universe will never be the same again. Appreciate the memories.
Idk Spider-man far from home is up there, but this hype was definitely more satisfying and epic considering the shock infinity war brought to everyone

Everyone of us who were there from the very first beginning since Iron Man and followed through and watched the universe build up along the way until Endgame knows.. that moment was the beginning of the end and now we have a new era, new actors, new story and a new phase to Marvel for the new generation to catch up on. While we stand proud for being there from the start and witnessing history.
I remember being 15 seeing avengers 1 and now knowing that was the end just words can't describe.
