- In this awesome trailer for Dead Space, you find out that the monsters/demons/horrors that lie awaiting in the darkness are your former friends and coworkers - loved ones if you will. Unfortunately, you have to kill them or suffer a horrible death.
This is looking like a game that will answer the prayers of those who like to have the hell scared out of them. I for one, have been really itching for something to make me so creeped out that I have to leave a night light on. Dead Space looks like it might do the trick com October 21st.
The scariest thing about this trailer is that Nicole has Kendra's head :p Still one of my all time favorite games! I have lost count of how many times I played this all the way through, usually on impossible difficulty just because I played so much I was actually really good at the gameplay (and knew where every necromorph was gonna pop up.) Even knowing every moment of the game it still gives me a freaked out feeling when I play it. It's a true horror classic even on new game+!
It’s like opening a Time Capsule
Man I've been looking for this specific trailer for the longest time. This is the first that got me hooked in dead space before it released back in 2008. My imagination went wild watching this.
I'm replaying this game and it's shocking EA made this. The game aged so well, it's actually better than most modern games today. A true art work.
Talk about nostalgia. I was only 9 when Dead Space came out, and I just finished the remake a few days ago.
Bit of advice.
If you get scared on your first playthrough just keep playing becuase i bought it and after the first scary bit didn't play it for weeks but once you get past the first chapter its fun. The scariest bit for me is when you go towards a certain door and a shadow walks past you, that and the woman screaming. I crapped myself.
What an EXPERIENCE.
This game delivers, and is scary as hell, just as a good horror game is suppost to be.
In my opinion a TRUE CLASSIC.
Part 2 & 3 equaly so.
