Nice trip report, I'd love to try flying with Korean some day, especially on one of their A380's. That was a bit strange, the delayed takeoff announcement, I haven't experienced that before.

LAX was very chaotic at that day because of the cancelled flight. Maybe the audio was lag? I don't think the crew would stand up to make an announcement when the plane was gaining speed to lift up.

Hi, the funny thing is remember the cabin crew making the announcement seconds before lift-off. I think this was due to the long taxi ride and the lack of communication from the flight deck.
