Honestly, I think you are the best ghanaian cook I've seen on RUclips so far...I'm a northner...we kinda make our traditional tz and ayoyo slightly different from yours, but cooking is creativity....it doesn't hurt to try new recipe...I made my mom watch this very video and she actually wants us to try your recipe. Thanks so much and keep being awesome

I'm so very happy right now because I watch a lot of Nigeria movies I don't know if this is the same food they cook in the movie but I always wanted to taste the food I hope this ( white ball ) as I called it I hope this tuo Zaafi is the same . Thanks for sharing. I love trying new foods once I can find the ingredients in my country . My husband is vegan so I can make tomato Stew to go with this . First time I came across your channel
    Hope I didn't offend anyone

Tuo Zaafi is my all time favorite dish so you know I was drooling while watching your video. Absolutely love your recipe and will be trying. I used to make the Tuo Zaafi by stirring the corn flour for a while before adding the cassava flour. But I do like your approach of mixing them together from the start so I will give it a shot!!
