Honestly, I think you are the best ghanaian cook I've seen on RUclips so far...I'm a northner...we kinda make our traditional tz and ayoyo slightly different from yours, but cooking is creativity....it doesn't hurt to try new recipe...I made my mom watch this very video and she actually wants us to try your recipe. Tuo Zaafi is my all time favorite dish so you know I was drooling while watching your video. Absolutely love your recipe and will be trying. I used to make the Tuo Zaafi by stirring the corn flour for a while before adding the cassava flour. But I do like your approach of mixing them together from the start so I will give it a shot!!

You can use Cassava dough in the absence of the flour and the Ghanaian corn flour😘😘
