You need a SNES emulator like snes9x and the original Yoshi's Island ROM "Super Mario World 2 - Yoshi's Island (USA).sfc". The Flutter download is just a patch you have to apply to the original ROM (for legal reasons). You can use this online tool here: www.smwcentral.net/?p=onlinetools&tool=flips This will create a new .sfc or .smc file which you can run with the emulator.
Finally.......a Yoshi's Island hack, but where is Baby Mario? What's the plot of this game? I know it's called Flutter, but what is the idea behind this flutter?
@@TreuloseTomate They are cool levels, but I like my games to have a plot or storyline, some bosses and a real meaning..... not just cool puzzle levels. Can you make a Yoshi's Island hack that has a real story next time? Boss castles with no bosses just doesn't seem right to me really...........

I've known this game for 14 years now, and this is the first hack game I've ever seen for it.
Not nearly as many as SMW, of course, but there's a good deal of them. This one looks a lot better than most.
I would consider NEW! SMW2 Yoshi’s Island to be the best hack, followed by SMW2+2
