PBBM stands by the DOJ's mandate to interpret the law within the Philippines as required and granted by our constitution. It is up to Jonel and the their ilk to prove that DOJ is not a "properly functioning" department before ICC can "steal" the Philippine governments jurisdiction and rights of governance. Filipinos should understand that it is not about Du30 and the Dilawans. It is about the Philippines right of governance over ICC.

The problem with the ICC subverting the Philippines DOJ's jurisdiction is that it creates a precedence wherein the Philippine government is giving up it's rightful authority to govern Filipinos within the Philippines. Also, the fallacy of this ICC "clown show" is that ICC is only allowed to subvert a member country's judicial system whenever it is "proven" that the DOJ of such country is not functioning. As far as the Philippines is concerned, the DOJ is working properly and without bias, hence it's disgusting to see and hear selfish politicians who are willing to sacrifice Philippine sovereign rights for their personal political agendas. If ICC succeeds, it means the Philippines judicial system is compromised.
