If they're as relatively simplistic as these, then a mere couple of days. But if I really want to get their geometry right, some pieces might take longer. For example modeling the Bohrok headplate took like three days, because I really wanted it to look accurate to the toy, be in scale with the rest of the model, while still keeping it simple. Of course, giving them colors, textures and an armature costs even more man-hours.
It was very hard getting into it for me, though that was an earlier version of Blender, and the more recent ones seem to be easier to handle. Still, without seeking advice from on-line tutorials, I'd probably still be struggling with it. So, unless you are a pro at animating to begin with, it's only easy to work with as long as you're told by more knowledgeable people how to use it.

Figuring out what to do to make it "normal" again was frustrating, because there's so many button combinations and other features whose purpose isn't clear at first. No problem. Once you get the hang of it, and if your computer's strong enough to run it properly, it's a great tool. You just gotta pay attention to everything you do, because as I found out, just one misplaced click can disable a function that I didn't even know could be disabled...
If there is any chance we'l be seeing any more of these in the future, well you have my support on that. These videos have both a great animation and are just fun to watch.
Oh man this was excellent. XD Despite the randomness of the story, between actions you paced it correctly, and the animations were, again, very smooth and controlled and also very hilarious. The cartoony bobbing, stretch and squish was a surprise but you worked on it well. Haha Axonn is such a bully. XD
