Not easy to amendment, discuss with your supplier received short qty.
Sir i have made payment through credit card for import & for clearance time i used bank ad code as my courier company is fedex & fedex required ad code for clearance so i given my bank ad code.now im getting Bill of Entries (BoEs) outstanding in our record against your IE code as on date are attached herewith.

But my bank not entertaining for this so what to do next step how to resolve the issue
You should only pay through your banking channel. If this is first time, Asked your supplier share credit note against received payment and share it with your ad bank and explain directly. Ad bank have rights to closed BOE if they satisfied.

I have stuck in some problem please help.
My import invoice has material cost shipping cost mentioned. Both are mentioned in BOE. But in IDPMS only material cost mentioned and shipping cost not recorded.
So bank is putting hold on payment saying to update IDPMS.
I tried with customs but they are not replying properly.
Pls let me know banks final document for payment is BOE or IDPMS.

Sir maine DHL se import Kiya tha courier mode m.... Payment terms 150 days ka h to ab hum check kar rahe h to idbms portal par show nhi ho Raha....dhl is saying ki aap eccs helpdesk par query dalo...dhl is not supporting ....plz suggest how to close this matter

Hi sir, we had paid duty amount. And clear the BOE. But our AD BANK SAID TILL NOT reflect the BOE Iin IDPMS portal, so that they cannot process the overseas payment. So how we can pay the overseas payment.

Can you help regarding as follows
We import material but they sent less amount of material so now bank asking for full amount of BOE and putting huge charges on us.
Or share your email so i will share more information about transaction.
