Can a second-floor be installed and yes it can be but can the entire floor be extended to the outer walls with something as a new system going across the far end into the Gertz?
What is the difference between this and a regular building? I have had quotes sent to on PEMB and my metal guy says they don't quote those. Are PEMBs put together by only one company? Cause standing seam metal buildings need several trades to put the building together.
Is your metal guy doing calculations and load design? PEMBs usually have a larger hand in the engineering of the building to the point where they're acting as the structural engineer and sizing components instead of referring to a set of structural framing plans. That might be one major up front difference in their capabilities. In my experience, the frame design and construction happens almost in tandem with the design of the building with PEMBs instead of pricing from competitive bid documents after the design process has been completed.
Thank you great video.
perfect 👌 👌
