I have been using the pro 5 for almost a year. I could not recommend this watch. Lot's of bugs. Usability is really bad. The crown is in the worst spot to be in, you can't do push ups with it for example. The dual screen was what made me buy it. I was tired of smart watches being good at everything except being and actual watch, but I'm not sure it was worth the compromise, specially at this price. They advertise how powerful it is spec wise, but the software hinders it terrebly. I regret not getting a Samsung smartwatch instead. I come from using several iterations of the xiaomi mi band, and even a mi bip that also had an e ink display (man I could go for up to 30 days), and had better user experience. I was very disappointed. I love tech, and I really wanted to like it. Don't get caught up in the review frenzy. Reviewers tend not to experience long term usability issues. 😢
I bought Samsung Watch 5 Pro one an a half years ago, and I'm quite disappointed with it. The GPS was broken after one year and my running GPS map is so inaccurate. I was happy with my Amazfit GTR2 but still wanted to "upgrade". And now I feel regret. Just don't buy Wear OS smartwatches. They all sucks!
Hmmmm....... My only question as the owner of the old Pro 5 model is, are the software differences (unified tic health, new tic exercise and 3rd party support for ULP display) going to be rolled out to the old Pro 5 as a firmware update? Will feel somewhat cheated if they don't!
The issue I have is being left handed and wearing the watch on my right wrist, rendering the wheel and shortcut button essentially useless or at least very inconvenient. I contacted them about this on the 5 and they said that because of the ULP display it can't be flipped depending on hand orientation.
My pro 5 had a water ingress issue after only a 30 minute swim in fresh water. No diving. Has anyone else suffered this problem? Otherwise I've been happy with the watch overall. Waterproof rating mybbiggest concern.
I only recently learned of the existence of these watches. I finally need to upgrade my Pebble 2 hr, which makes it a truly sad day for me, but it's just time. As they are currently 250€ vs 350€ that's certainly not worth the difference at the moment. I would suspect it's a sale on the old model to make room for new stock, which is kinda nice for me I guess. The only thing I'd care about is the 3rd party support on the low power display, but oh well...
I'm still staying with Samsung I don't know if I'll be able to move from Samsung to any of this watches since Samsung technology has been working hand to hand with Google so they will bring always the updates the upgrades and things like that and it's going to be a better watch every year because of that
My TWP 3 GPS has been quite laggy recently. It's a pain to use now. I've not done any further updates since the Wear OS 3 update (and there hasnt been any anyway, so I cannot understand why it has suddenly become so laggy. I know that from time to time Mobvoi have pushed out secretive updates, so maybe this is what has happened. Time to upgrade it to TWP 5 Enduro I think.
You should be getting 5 days. You're not supposed to leave they're always on display on. The whole point of this watch is that the low power screen is on most of the time.
I completely hate it when a company releases software updates that would work on the previous model, and they restrict it so they will not be available - to force an upgrade. It's cheap! Still waiting for that rotating bezel... T/w pro 5 is awesome, it's a shame/disappointing that the enduro is mostly software updates
I'm looking at buying either the Enduro or the standard pro 5. In Australia The Enduro is $519 vs $364 for the Pro 5. Not sure if the Enduro is worth the extra 30%. Would appreciate your advice!
I just compare,new strap,new screen glass(sapphire) old is gorilla 3,new main screen(oled) old is amoled,stainless steel old was aluminum 7000 and that 10h longer battery life.He come with wo 3.5 plus some new app.I will order probably...🤷🏻♂️
Why in the heck would I support Mobvoi if they are holding APP UPDATES hostage behind a new watch? There is ZERO reason the updates you showed could not be added to last years watch. This is hopefully just pending an update...otherwise I think my Ticwatch purchases may be at an end. Make a new watch...add a slightly larger battery, and then only update the app for people who pay for essentially the same watch again...no thanks
The Enduro is meant to be an updated version for those who have not bought one yet. But those who do have one, i can confirm an update is coming soon, bringing some of those features to the pro 5.

I am totally satisfied with ticwatch. Pushups.. How is that a problem? Put it back or turn on theater mode.

Yes I have been informed that all those features will be updated to existing Pro 5, rest assured, it’s definitely coming soon.

To be honest, I would not pay that extra price for it. Your essentially getting some same product, with a slight incremental update.
I have the sandstone and I have the Enduro at the same time. The sandstone is outlasting the Enduro, half a day or more.
