- The Toyota GT86, Subaru BRZ, and Scion FR-S are front-engine, rear-wheel-drive (RWD) sports cars that were jointly developed by Toyota and Subaru.
These cars were produced from 2012 to 2021, and were designed to provide a pure driving experience, focusing on agility, balance, and driver engagement. These cars are powered by a naturally aspirated 2.0-liter four-cylinder boxer engine, producing 200 HP and 151 lb-ft (205 Nm) of torque. The engine isn't incredibly powerful, but it's enough to start drifting. Mods are available for more power, but it won't be cheap. The suspension and chassis tuning of these cars are aimed at delivering a responsive and enjoyable driving experience. MacPherson strut front and double-wishbone rear suspension setup provide precise control and feedback through the corners. #scionfrs #toyotagt86 #subarubrz - Авто/Мото
Definitely one of my dream cars 🤩
I want the sion ❤
First and my dream car is the GT86 are the BRZ
They still sell it btw
gr86 now, 2.4L engine and they fixed the torque dip. also costs 50-70k instead of 35k
All modern bodies look soo soulless. I don't know if it's just me or if it's a matter of sentiment, but everything after 2k looks like this to me.
I used to think every 90s car looked exactly the same, and 80s cars were also super similar from Ferrari to Toyota to Nissan to Porsche
gt86 has a pretty unique body tho nothing has and still does look like it really
It's like they tried too hard or something. It's not a bad looking car, but it's almost too aggressively styled for what it is. Personally I think the BRZ looks the best because the front bumper is a little more reserved than the 86/FRS.
This is my dilemma rn bro. I want to build another drift car. I shouldn’t be so picky but the 90s cars look so much better to me, esp sideways. The brz makes more sense with carb legal engine mods etc but I’m just not in love with it
