Sheesh! Just to put it out there, I never was a huge GT86 (frs, brz etc) fan. But now after seeing this and Jimmy's builds it's kinda growing on me. Or maybe it's the Streethunter bodykits? That wrap colour is money!
Just spent 2 weeks in Salinas over Christmas break. Puerto Rico is such a beautiful place. Main problem is all the gang activity, it drives people out and there’s not really allot of jobs to be had that aren’t in big city. Plus the “investors” who bought up all the property only to sit and sell at a higher price. Outsiders have made the island unlivable for those who are from there. But despite all that it’s still such a great place to visit and possibly even live if you can find a nice spot.
I had a scion 08 tc the very first car I ever bought new. Had so many fun memories going to car shows, driving to different states. I had the car looking good but after a few years I traded it then one night I saw a teenager drive it and wrecked it. Needless to say I was very heartbroken when I saw it. I miss those days of having fun watching people's reactions to it. I even drove it in a St. Patrick's day parade.
I love so many people are doing more with the first gen chassis of these. I have a 2014 brz and just ordered coilovers and looking at under glo now. 23:42
I thought I had missed a video because of all the shorts this week, but you guys did an amazing job on this car. What a transformation! The only thing I would change is that steering wheel, but I know you're trying to support your boy.
This might be a stupid question but around 18:49 they start to change the steering wheel. After they change it, I don't see a way of the horn still working? So does changing the steering wheel like that remove your ability to use the horn? I know in your everyday driving you won't be sing your horn all that often but, just thought I'd ask :)
My only complaint is that on all of these cars they are taking out the functional airbags to put in an aftermarket steering wheel. Having been saved by an airbag, I can tell you right now that having the steering wheel look a little cooler is not worth the potential cost of a life. Oh yeah, and also never wrapping the door jambs 🫤

Did you guys use a Fiberglass trunk? I want the tunnel hatch for my 350Z, but I don't exactly need Carbonfiber. I'm just not sure if Fiberglass is a good choice

Same, I've always known its potential, but it just never caught my interest. Both gens are slowly growing on me as well😅
