Zoom H2n, default setting (into the backpack).
Every bike has different loudness, there is no magic setup or level gain that would fit every bike, you have to test it on your own.

Just ordered one tonight can't wait to try it out,this video reassured my choice, sounds awesome! I've got stock mirrors can you see good from the bottom mirrors? I ride far forward on the bike don't think they would work for me but I hate the way the stock mirrors look.
