The end was a bit of a damp squib. Hope they lived happily in their house. Would love to see a 20 years on follow up.

I don’t agree that the agents should go in with these low offers, possibly losing these properties for their buyers. Most of the time they end up paying more anyway.
I thought the offer was too high. If there are no other offers, why would you offer the asking price?
I wonder if this couple is still together? LOL Is he now a rugby Dad and she's keeping everything neat and clean without his help?
Kinda cheap.
