I was all set on the Vsett 10+, then I started watching your videos on the Vsett 11+, the genuine excitement in your voice while you were riding it after you unboxed the vsett 11+ was a must have for me, then all the other positives for the Vsett 11+ the stability at higher speeds, the suspension over bumps in the road and ride quality, the huge light and visibility riding at night and I can safely double my kids and go exploring and Pokemon go hunting. So I bought the Vsett 11+ and have had it for 5 days now and Wow it's just an exhilarating ride and safe, and it is smooth enough and big enough to take my kids around safely, so glade I got it.
Glad you found the 11 man! It is still my favorite scooter, every ride is a thrill. I was originally going to buy the 10 as well but RevRides sold out at the last minute and I jumped on an 11 they had in stock. Best decision ever. Based on everything I've heard, the 10 is a great scooter, but the 11 is just better. It's so hard for me to describe how smooth the suspension is. Potholes are a thing of the past. That's cool you get your kids on it too, the deck is definitely plenty big!

@@ScootaGang that makes sense. Still can't wait for the review when you get the final product. From what few people have said about the phantom I hope they fix the thumb throttle. Some say the throttle doesn't kick in until it's dam near pushed all the way down. Hope Apollo takes that into consideration

Thanks man! Personally, I won't invest in anything single stem, like the Nami, ever again. I"m sure it's fun, but I prefer safety over everything else.
Got my 10+ 2 days ago, already put about 80 miles on it and it’s so awesome. My only complaints so far is first: when the disks get wet they make a grinding noise and I can’t figure out what is causing it because it doesn’t do it dry but still stops fine, second: the charger is cheap as hell feeling and smells kinda like old fish when it gets hot.. I know weird right?!?.. last off the multi tool is totally trash.. had to go to Home Depot and get a replacement bolt for my horn mounting block because the multi tool didn’t seed in well and stripped it, I should have known better.. Aside from some petty crying I love this thing! Just to let you know the Vsett line was given an IP54 rating, don’t drown it but it can get wet in rain, already put that to the test this morning on my way to work in the rain. Also Rev Rides claims they will or do have some threaded caps that can replace the rubber ones on the charging ports. I also noticed even in the rain the top part of the deck by the ports didn’t get that wet, the stem blocks most the spray, in fact the only time it got wet was when I hosed it down before taking it into my apartment. ✌️
Not sure about the grinding noise, are they hydraulic?
The standard chargers are pretty cheap, you can can upgrade to a fast charger that is better quality.
As for the multitool, yeah those usually come with every scooter and are always cheap. I keep them with me on rides for emergency but you should definitely get a set of full size allen keys.
I didn't know about the IP54 that is good news though! I still don't like riding in rain at all lol it's always miserable and hard to see.
About the charging ports, I think the 10 and 11 look different. I could be wrong. But I think the 11 is more flush with the deck...but I might as well ask about the better charge cover and see what it's like! Thanks again for your suggestions and info!

I should say that when looked at the discretions of the 10+ and the 9+ they both said “ all Vsett are Ip54 “ but I never looked at 11 and just assumed it was included so you probably should double check it! For me it was important to be water resistant living in Florida.
@@ScootaGang the brakes are hydraulic as well. I’m thinking because they are wet that sand and dirt is getting on the plate and sticking while wet pulling it up through the pads and grinding the plate in the small gap. While dry nothing sticks to the pad.. at least that’s my thoughts
@@strive4208 you must have a lot more sand than usual since you're in Florida. Shouldn't hear any grinding and I don't ride in the rain for many reasons, this being one of them. Sure it may survive but the wear and tear on the scooter is worse. I would avoid sand and water whenever possible.
@@strive4208 I haven't bought a 60v fast charger yet because I had them send two stock chargers in the box. 4 amps is fast enough for me to be honest. I have a 52v fast charger is the only reason I'm familiar. I'd get it from RevRides or alibaba.

These are nice hydraulic shocks, some of the best stock shocks on the market.
your foot is not supposed to go that much forward. Thats why they placed the charging ports there.

Tech guy from the American reseller and some scooter experts talking about the charge port placement. + my personal experience from riding. Your stance might seem safe but isn't the best for manouvering quickly.

Love your review. My first ever scooter is a mantis pro se and I love it. I am thinking about getting another and that Vsett 11 sounds like a good option. What are your thoughts on the Kaabo GT king vice the 11?
I trust RevRides the most with my own money. That’s why I originally bought the Vsett and why I will upgrade to the 11+ super in the spring!

Nice video as usual. How would you rate Vsett 11+, Apollo Phantom and Zero 10x from 1 to 10 where 10 is the best? Just want to get an idea in terms of the overall rating.
Vsett 11+: 9.5/10
Phantom: 6/10
10x: 7/10
This phantom has some problems. But it's a preproduction model so I probably won't be reporting them all. But as it stands it needs some improvements.
@@ScootaGang Wow, I didn't expect that the Phantom scored lower than the 10X. Hopefully the one I'll be getting in late June doesn't have the problems you have experienced in the pre-production one.

Yes 100%! Under one condition: Do you have a garage to roll it into? It's one of the largest and heaviest scooters, but it makes the ride amazing!!! As long as you don't expect to haul it up any stairs.

Only rear is “adjustable” but you can add different weight oil to change the dampening effect I’m told....

At first, great production Scoota Gang :) I like your work. So .... iam thinking about this beast for months. Here in Czech Republic, we have two choices in official authorised dealer. 42amp with almost 2500w hours and 31amp with 1800w hours. There is biiiig price different. The smaller battery version is almost half the price. Power specs are the same. Do you have any expiriences with this dofference?
Yes, here in the US the price difference is so huge that it wasn’t feasible to get the 42 ah. I have no regrets with the 31 ah, rarely get it past 40% battery even after 2 hours of riding. The range is insane and I can’t even imagine anyone that needs the 42 ah. Thanks for the kind words btw! Really appreciate it!

@@ScootaGang vsett front suspension not adjustable and not easy to change for a better one. The phantom though if the sizes are like on mtb then u can swap em out for a better one and im sure there are plenty. Would u agree with that?
@@AdrianButler86 I see no reason to upgrade or adjust the Vsett front fork they work perfectly. The phantom needs upgrade because they are weak and have no oil....sure you can replace them but why not just buy the better set up to begin with. Plus the 10 inch tires will never be as smooth as 11 it’s that simple...

Regular Short Sleeve and Long Sleeve, and Polyester Hoodie if possible. Colors Red, Blue, Yellow, Green seems cool to chose from. I mean I could make my own but your sort of trade marked so I wouldn't infringe social or financial of course, plus just rock the band without asking. 😀

I want the Nami too! But it’s still a prototype much like the phantom. Lots of complaints around exposed wiring and crazy speed wobbles. Vsett is good to go right out of the box, like a Lexus should be! Nami is more like a Tesla Roadster in 2011, first models need refinement. The zero factory has already been manufacturing for many years...as opposed to Michael Sha has one year...
@@ScootaGang really!? I heard otherwise! But I've been looking at the Vsett for a long time now. I believe it's the best scooter brand out there as far as best bang for your buck. I just don't like the colors. I wish they did an all black vsett 11.

And yeah I feel you on the colors. This one has a black deck now it’s much more reasonable. The colors have grown on because every other scooter is black and it’s boring as hell imo
@@ScootaGang I've just heard it rides amazing and doesn't have wobble. But maybe it's just not for everyone! It is way too expensive though. Lol. And I doubt I would 60mph on a scooter! Vsett seems more reasonable. I'm just a fan of all black scooter and not all the colors. But I do realize vsett is the real deal all around the board.
@@AkronKid330 I will pass along your feedback and see if they will consider releasing a blacked out model! You are not the first to tell me this, and probably not the last. It might be time they take customer feedback into consideration! To be honest, the color was a non factor in my buying decision, I just wanted the top of the line scooter from Zero/Vsett because I really trust the brand. I rode the 10x all last year and it performed almost flawlessly.

Do you have any video on you vsett 11 psettings? Any major difference from the recommended on the v10+?
I believe the only difference is that on the 11+ you can lower your top speed (P8) and when you hit the sport button it still gives you 100% power. Apparently on the 10+ you have to have p8 at 100% in order to activate the turbo.
To me this is a big deal that nobody talks about, but it gives you the ability to turn down the scooter for normal riding, which will extend the life of your battery, controller, and motors. Then you can hit one button and get full power. It makes the 11+ a lot better for this reason. I think they hopefully have or will fix this on the 10+, but as of right now I don't think it has been updated.

@@ScootaGang What new throttle? The throttle on the Vsett 11+ looks like the same throttle seen in many other scooters. A copy of the Minimotors shell with QS guts.
@@vripiatbuzoi9188 Not at all. Vsett redesigned the throttle it's perfect and also waterproof. Easier to read in day. Better throttle movement. Better spring feel. I was just looking at it, its like twice as thick, just all around more robust.
Whats the top speed?
I haven't topped it out yet, fastest I've hit is around 55ish mph
