I have a great story about the time I was chosen for my wand! I went as a senior in high school celebrating graduation and it was my first time ever at universal. We went to the want shop in Diagon Alley and I did not get picked it was some little boy (which totally make sense, keeps the magic alive for them)!!! But then, as I was about to leave with the group, the Wizard kept me and my family back and they let me experience the wand ceremony BY OURSELVES with a new version!!!! We didn’t ask for it, he could just tell I was a HUGE fan!!! I was so excited, top 5 moments in my life as a nerd!! Love the staff there, they are all amazing!!! 🤍🤍🤍

It takes longer because they're allocation more staff to the mobile order side, leaving the in-person side understaffed😢
I went to Orlando last summer with a group. I booked December 2023 and I one of the things I really wanted to do was buy a wand. I secretly hoped I got picked by the wizard but I knew the change was low. My friends put me in front because they knew I wanted to buy a wand. I think was also really lucky because it was a small group and there were no children (only babies and toddlers). Plus I was wearing my Hufflepuff shirt and think the wizard knew I am a big fan. I was chosen and I couldn't be happier! It was an awesome experience and wizard was really nice. I got chosen by the black walnut wand and this was one of the wands I really liked online. The wand has now a really nice place at home. Really my top experience of my vacation!
I’m pretty sure I have that EXACT SHIRT Alan is wearing. Seriously. Or one of my family members does. And we probably got them at Universal when we were there in 2018. Or at Walmart. But I’m 99.9% sure we have that exact shirt.
1:22 Same, Alan. When we went in 2018, we stuck with Wizarding World cuz that’s what we were there for! We tried the Fisherman’s Wharf on a hot day and didn’t want to eat all the rich food that WW has, and it was pretty good. Proper made chicken salad sandwiches are top tier. With grapes, not too much mayo, good chunks of chicken, some celery, sometimes places put apple chunks or pecans in them, all good when fresh and made from scratch.
5:42 That explains why we didn’t go there the first time. Not big on the fried chicken tenders, fries and general “theme park food” most places have. The menu looks pretty good. Unfortunately, I am still a vegetarian/pescatarian/whatever you allot bc I can’t eat beef or pork, but I did see some good vegetarian options. Like the plant based meatballs and sauce in a garlic bread cone. THAT LOOKS AMAZING! The Pizza Pasta looked pretty good. Even the Big Top Burger! I do love me a sandwich with ALL them toppings! But I would definitely ask if they could substitute chicken or something for the beef.
11:26 I want to live in WWoHP Universal Florida. I really do. It would be AMAZING to wake up everyday and be there! I was completely speechless when we first walked into WW in 2018, and I think I cried a bit. Happiness of course. The Ollivanders Wand Experience is the BEST PART OF THE WORLD! In my opinion. I know I’ve commented about the EPIC Experience we had on our birthdays so I won’t repeat myself and take up valuable comment space. We’ve got Dragon Heartstring cores, one is Willow, one is Oak I believe, reasonably sturdy but flexible, I don’t remember the length, but the cores are from the SAME dragon! Quite powerful, rarely seen anywhere, used together amplifies the magic of each one, very cool, top 5 experience!
18:28 Those Green Eggs and Ham tater tots do look pretty good! I like a good crispy, not too salty, fresh made tater tot. The broccoli, cheese, ham topping also looks good. I would not pick a hot dog either, even if the toppings look good. Hot dogs and me are not friends, even if we used to be when I was a kid. I wouldn’t pick the beer either tbph, or any alcoholic drink cuz I can’t drink with these medications even I wanted to. Which I don’t. I do like the look of the JP Discovery Center though. Looks interesting.
21:00 I do love me some carnival and arcade games! And most of the prizes. I like the big squishy plushy prizes the most. Which I almost never get because I don’t play that much on one game. We will do a prize swap if someone has something that we want and we have something the other person wants. Like I traded my nephew for a rainbow fish, or maybe a tiny dragon, the last time we went to Holiday World. They don’t have as many games as Universal but what they got is pretty good! Maybe we’ll see if we can check them out if we ever go back to Universal. A big IF cuz health issues, wheelchairs, airports and money.
24:40 YEP! We definitely went in there for stuff when we were there in 2018! I’ve even got the Gryffindor and Ravenclaw Quidditch tees you see at 22:20! And a whole bunch of other merch! No candy from Honeydukes or Sugarplums cuz the airport was stupid about bringing food on the flight with you. But we got the containers! And they are pretty awesome! And the HTTYD keychain! NO WAY! I LOVE THAT MOVIE! Toothless in my FAVORITE EVER! I’ve been thinking about doing a Hiccup cosplay for ages but with my health issues, I haven’t been doing much of anything really. Stupid chronics. I would really like to go back to Universal and see what new stuff they’ve got. Looks like a lot!

What if you did mystery of each others dislikes at a theme park. I love these videos. In the panini time my family and I went to Hollywood studios when it first opened back up and I got so excited I saw Molly but she was filming and we wanted to still keep a safe distance but my son you can see him in her video she filmed. I hope to go back and meet you all someday. Stay safe if the hurricane is coming your way. We are locked, stocked and ready.
My son loves those lil JW key chain dinos.. I think we have a full set and they're great to clip on my purse or a backpack, and then when we get to a restaurant or kids sit in the stroller, they unclip the dinos and play, then clip them back on the bag when ready to go so we don't lose them. Great for kids at the theme parks or when out and about in general

Also, Molly, I very much appreciate the "Philosopher's/Sorcerer's" Stone moment there with Ollivander's. I have ALWAYS called it by its proper title (Philosopher's Stone) and was lucky enough to snag a DVD at a second-hand store years ago with THAT title instead of the American one and it's one of my prized HP possessions. Hahaha!

Enjoyable content as always. I liked the Circus McGurkis review. It looks like a fun place to eat with children. I would have had to deconstruct the sandwich Alan had though. TOTALLY loving Molly's outfit in this one. Cute and classy!

The hubby thanks you for showing us the second location for the yummy island nublar beer. We just came back from our yearly Universal trip and he waited in line at least 15 mins each time he partook in the yumminess.

I miss yall every time somehow. I've met just about all the popular youtubers besides yall. I reckon that's what i get being such a fan boy of you guys. I'm down atleast one long weekend a month, so my chances of meeting you guys will be in my favor sooner or later. Until then keep up the good work mam fam.
