Not only does the food look amazing, but Walter did such a great job! He's adorable!
Anna is not only a great chef, but a wonderful and patient teacher. Can't wait to make more memories with Walter using Anna's recipes from her new "Dumplings and Dragons" cook book. Walter, my son, had a wonderful experience. Also, a huge thanks to Mark doing all the background work. Hanna is a wonderful author.
Such a polite chef you have there! He did a wonderful job and listened carefully to your instructions! Both thumbs up! 👍👍
It was wonderful seeing how you guided Walter. Go Packers!

Oh Man....A Packers Fan? Really? Great job with everything else. Love your channel. Love this.
Hi from Virginia. I'm originally from the UK. Just discovered your channel. My maternal grandparents were Polish, so I was introduced to the cuisine from an early age. I was lucky enough to visit your beautiful country in 2008. Based ourselves in Krakow. Amazing city, friendly people, and a wonderful country. I'd live there in a heartbeat but the language is very difficult.
was getting ready to make pierogies again, grew up in western pa, huge influents in polish Serbian and German foods, thank you for the best pierogi dough
Great job Walter!!!
Outstanding!
Walter’s little voice, ugh! Too dang cute!!!
I’m going to make this soon.
The problem I might run into is the sour cream. I was in Poland last year and LOVED LOVED LOVED the sour cream there.
I’ve never liked sour cream. Like ever. Until I had it in Poland. It’s completely different than the one in the states and in Mexico (I’m Mexican).
Do you happen to have a recipe for sour cream? I’d love to make it.
Great video!
Glad to see you again
I miss your videos of Poland. 🇵🇱 Hope to see some new ones.
Especially local owned.
Endearing, Anna. I am a 70 year old man, who grew up in New England, and helped my Mom in the kitchen all the time. Those memories are precious to me, and I've spent my life cooking and baking, hardly ever going out to eat! Such a nice piece! I made your Kapusta Zasmażana this evening, Thanksgiving Day. First time. It tastes delicious!
That was adorable 🥰 I will be watching along with my Grandson so we can make these together too! What a wonderful teacher you are and well done Chef Walter.
Haha YES! Pineapple on pizza! (Canadian here 😂)
Thank you for this video. Really enjoyed it ❤️ I’m getting my 4 & 6 year olds helping me out in the kitchen more and more these days and Walter did amazing what I great kiddo!
Nice to meet you guys at Polish Fest in Milwaukee!
I LOVE THIS SO MUCH! You picked the best helpers to illustrate how easy the recipes are and they are very charming on camera
A great Christmas gift. I ordered the book. Thank you Anna
Brings back such great memories. Baba made the exact same food! Oh how I miss her! ❤
You made my weekend. Brought back many memories of me cooking with the many cooks in my family, but especially with my Grandmother who cooked alot of traditional style Polish deliciousness. Thank you for this content and always look forward to new videos.
Great can’t wait to try😊
❤
The kid is a pro!!!
Where's Walter from?
Nice Packer's shirt Mark! Anyone in Poland comment on it?
Mom’s cucumber in sour cream was sliced paper thin along with sliced onions
The juice was sour cream, vinegar sugar
Very sweet sour
Very common in Wisconsin
Moms hamburger patties were called Bachkas. In brown mushroom gravy….
This episode made me remember and really miss mom….
Hi, just wondering if you’ve stopped making videos? My partner Anna who is Polish and loves your channel, as do I. Hope you make more. Thank you.
Kathie says…People! People!! People!!! P L E E E E A S E STOP the pettiness!!! This is an adorable video with a Champion-Cook-to-be and a Wonderful Teacher!!! Put your shoes on the right feet and S M I L E!!!😉☺️😆😊
Have you ever heard of "knydlie"? My mother, who was from Stanislawi, Poland (now Ivano Frankivsk, Ukraine), used to make them. We called them "bulka balls" because I know a main ingredient was cubed bread rolls. I'm pretty sure boiled in water. She always served them with a beef roast and gravy. Sure would like to know how to make them.
I don’t know this kind of dumping, I’ve seen it in German cooking and perhaps it’s also a thing in Ukrainian, but not sure.
Im sure they are in Czech/Moravian/ Slovakian kitchen - eat it made by person who lived in Prague. They eat it with roast pork to soak up the gravy.
Walter is a real cutie!
Hello, my Polish grandmother used to make a dish that we called snowballs. As far as I remember, it was bread with the crust removed and torn into pieces, mixed with onion and bacon, rolled into balls, and then fried in, I believe, bacon grease. They were insanely good, but I have never been able to find a recipe for these and have no idea what the Polish name for them would be. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Much appreciated.
This sounds like a recipe already 😊 I don’t know such a dumpling but maybe you can teach me a family recipe 😀
In Iran we have a dish called Kotlet which are meat and potato patties, floured and then fried. I wonder if their origin came from Polish refugees who came to Iran during the war.
My husband, who's Polish, say during WWII some Polish people ran away to Iran so it's possible the kotlet you mentioned originates from Poland. 😊
Sad that you’re not doing anymore videos……..
No vegetable?
Cucumber, potato and carrots.
@@SamStephens31 in the meat and salad....that doesn't exactly count.
@@morgancalvi6675 Sure it does. That is how moms sneak veggies into their picky eaters. 😉
Carrot in the burgers and cucumber salad.
I noticed that Walter didn’t take any cucumber salad on his plate. My son will not eat it either- he doesn’t like sour cream, so he’ll eat cucumbers plain.
Outstanding!
