Hello from Ireland again, Kev. Lovely little Car bro. The perfect first car for some happy customer. Fantastic job on that panel 👌👏👏. That interior came up a treat, Kev, what's the story with that Red Mini, it can't be that Red Mini you bought ages ago, lol, no it can't be, You need to walk us around the yard, to see what's for Sale, lol. Anyway, say Hello to Claire, from Ireland lol. Wicked video again Kev. Keep up the great work, and stay safe, and busy. 😆😆🙏🙏👌👏👏👏👏👏👏
Appreciate that comment as always Liam.....that red Mini is a new piece of stock....it's a Countryman which is the bigger Mini, cool car. Maybe I should start doing RUclips Shorts every now and then to keep you guys up to date with what we've got 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️All the best, I'll pass on your regards to Claire 👊👊👊
Nice little car ! Perhaps we should call you " the come back kid" because you always bring these cars back to a great finish! I love these videos where you show us great solutions to problems you find.thanks Kev
You can polish most things with time and effort and you put some in on that one Nice to see the older cars are still doing the rounds this will be a classic in time but you gave it a new lease of life. Keep safe and crack on
Thanks Barry, I hope someone buys this that wants to tow a little boat and loves it cause its 4 wheel drive and can drive down the slip way (if thats what's it's called)......sad aint I!! 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Hi Kev & Claire 😊 I like the little Suzi it will make a good cheap first time car for a new driver. I would put a modern double din with Bluetooth and satnav in it I don’t think loosing the top display would matter to the new owner. Great job as usual on the body and paint Kev just a little overboard I think but that is just the way you are lol a perfectionist. Glad you didn’t come face to face with the monster in the car I wouldn’t like to see you running down the yard screaming 😂😂😂😂 keep them coming Kev keep smiling Tom.
@@VisionPrestigeCars you painted over the contact surface - i.e. bit which is responsible for pressing the bolt against the rim i.e. keeping the wheel fixed on the hub. The moment you torque them up the paint will crack and that surface will be compromised - to a degree, obviously you have multiple bolts in a wheel so you might never have had an issue. That doesn't mean it's 100% safe.
Morning kev,wow a difference your hard work and expertise makes💪popping paintwork that now,on the stereo i would wait to see what type of person buys the car because if its bob and doris in the older years they might prefer the original look but if it's karen and dave in the earlier years they might want a more modern one so I'd wait but obviously upto you, good lck with it kev have a good Friday as i write this🙂👍
Great video Kev, you have really transformed that little car. The wheel bolts and brake drums look so so much better too! Have you tried using the clay mitt as part of the wash cycle, as the car is already wet and the soapy water can be used as a clay lube. Saves time and you can go a wee bit harder with the clay.
Hi Kev We had a similar issue with a fiesta which some doughnut had sprayed with a silver paint that was about five shades darker than the original. Hubby was advised by the paint store guy to use thinners on all the paint and it worked a treat. Removed all the other darker paint leaving the original paint unscathed. I like that you do the same finishing touches that we do with the new centre caps etc hubby likes to get new number plates too. Good to see the car up and ready to go.
Hey Liz, hope things are going well your end, its busy busy here at the mo 👍👍👍I do like the little touches, especially when you pull up at some traffic lights behind a car with your own number plates on, on a car you supplied 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓
Hello, what a great video, brilliant detailing on this Suzuki Ignis 4x4,,the transformation has made it like new.i would leave the OEM CD player in the car,as I do miss mine.
Wow! That looks awesome. Top marks. Such a sweet little motor. Re stereo, I'd buy a standard unit. Aftermarket units always look naff imho.....factory is best. Loving the vids, keep them coming.
@@VisionPrestigeCars Yes, looks much better now; you had a result with that rear arch. How long did the dent man take on those door dents etc. Do you think I need help? All your BMW's etc and I'm only thinking about the Ignis!! lol
Hi Kev Cracking result on the Suzuki you worked hard on it well done. Question could you tell which Tyre dressing and interior refurb you use. Many thanks keep up the good work 👍
Re the radio in suzuki Kev. I'm not sure about the older person , not being bothered about Bluetooth connectivity comment made by someone. I'm late 60s and wouldn't touch a car that didn't have Bluetooth. Don't forget most older ppl are just as technology savvy nowadays 😅. As any younger person. Has the suzuki been parked near someone who has been spraying? Great video as always
Thanks for the kind words, we are currently changing our website so it's probably well out of date.....We put the Ignis up for £3995......With winter coming I think it will sell pretty quick 👍👍👍👍Hopefully 🤪🤪🤪🤪
Japanese lacquer really isn't that hard so a heavy cut followed by a medium compound and pad to take my swirls out was enough on this one......might not have been the case on a BM or the likes 👍👍👍👍🤪🤪
Replace the radio with a second hand unit. Older car not worth updating. This will sell to an older person in my view and they don't worry about Bluetooth and the like. Puzzled like you about the paint at the back. Was this done when it was brought to this country at PDI time?
Hmmmmm, I was thinking that about the radio, I also think it will sell to someone thats not bothered about BT etc......👍👍..As for the paint 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️I have no idea.....it's an odd one, never really had it before like that 🤪🤪👍👍👍
Surely at the price point you’ll advertise it for, buyers won’t expect a BT stereo anyway? I certainly wouldn’t. Bang a salvage unit in and jobs a good un.
you could probably do with a paint thickness thingy, hell of a nice car especially as its what? 18 yrs old?, personally i wouldnt bother with the stereo. there no margin in the car for messing about, ask the buyer which they would prefer , as is ( broken), used OEM, or aftermarket more modern and charge them accordingly

Thanks Norman, you know that little car will start every winters morning thats for sure 👍👍👍
Nice job on a nice saleable little car!

As always very impressed with your work and wishing I had a company like yours near to me in deepest Lincolnshire.
Appreciate that 👍👍👍We aren't that far away really, we just had someone fly from Scotland......took them 10 hours to drive back 🥴😩🤪

Me too Geoff....Nice one 👍👍👍
Nice job Kev....BUT the one you want to buy is the Ignis 1.5 vvti DOHC sport they are really popular performs like a proper hot hatch!

Polished a bit of profit into that one Kev 👏🏻👏🏻
Ha!! Hope so.....we will have to wait and see 🤪🤪🤪👍👍👍
hi love all the videos and all the cars you are doing a topjob have a good week😊😊😊
Painting bolt heads like what you did here 17:00 is a great idea... if you like your wheels to wobble at speed.
Hmmmm really??? Been doing it since I was like 18 years old....never had a problem 🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴

Very tidy car I like it !
Hi Kev

Many thanks keep up the good work 👍
Yes after market Bluetooth unit or give customer choice of paying a bit more and have a screen with sat nav/stereo reverse camera on it
I like the "give the customer the choice" idea Simon, that way I cant get it wrong 🤪🤪
Have a look at Dynamic sounds they can sort most retrofit adapters
Nice one bud 👍👍👍

Hi mate can i ask what you use to brighten your plastic trims etc..looks great.
Excellent video as always Kev. Couldn't find the ignis on the website bud. How much is it?
Thanks for the kind words, we are currently changing our website so it's probably well out of date.....We put the Ignis up for £3995......With winter coming I think it will sell pretty quick 👍👍👍👍Hopefully 🤪🤪🤪🤪
How do you not get swirl marks ???????

Kev the big question is did you find the spider

Why not give the purchaser the option to upgrade and they pay the difference to get a modern system in if that's what they want 😃
Pioneer SPH-10BT Smartphone Receiver Halford
You need. To be uploading at least 2 videos a week in my opinion to grow your channel and get more subscribers anyway I like the content 😂
Go for secondhand std unit, other one won’t look right.
I would replace stereo with newer model but would just go for one that has Bluetooth that links the phone. No point in dab
Doom blue metallic? 😂
Not worth spending loads on stereo on old car .buy one off market place .
Suzuki are good little cars, I've got a wagon r, super reliable cars
