Thus workout got me started and it was a killer... I used a 5 8 & 10Lb set depending on the move... So far today I have consumed 24oz of water towards my daily gallon goal... I am super sweaty... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 255 calories... I am going to do 30mon of yoga next and maybe a few weighted floor chest exercises before that... But first I am off to make my mama's breakfast & my smoothie 😊 See You All Mañana 🎉
