Personally my top choices for 4th place are always Wonder Woman, Iron Man, Wolverine or Captain America. And don't worry, you nailed it with the Marvel heroes Rushmore. Usually I would but I'll be honest, the current state of the DC fanbase (in regards to film) is rabid lol I watched the trailer and didn't like it. I got zero emotion or excitement for it. However, I know if I were to make a video on it, the comments would be filled with "you're a Snyder cultist" or "fire James Gunn he's trash". I find it so hard to have any kind of dialouge about the DCU because people get so unreasonably emotional and don't want any other opinion but their own.

I get that the MCU is important but at the same time so is the FOX Universe, especially after Deadpool & Wolverine with the main reason being because of Hugh Jackman as Wolverine for 20+ years, longer than RDJ as Tony Stark and Chris Evans as Steve Rodgers. Plus the X-Men in general are very important and arguably the most important one is Wolverine.
Would argue Robin (Dick) should be on the DC list over either Flash or Wonder Woman. Not only is Robin popular, he is also a foundational element to DC, being the first sidekick. Robin also shows growth/preservation, being the one side kick to get his own identity and franchise, technically, with the Teen Titans. I have seen people argue that DC’s real trinity is Superman, Batman and Robin (Dick), and I am sort of inclined to agree. The three make up DC’s biggest brands these days with Superman, Batman and Teen Titans/Young Justice. Robin also works as a perfect legacy character, being the perfect amalgamation of Superman and Batman in terms of personality.

IMO u gotta throw up Slade in the DC villain Rushmore. Sub him for darkseid, cus In terms of adaptations, darkseid only has presence in animation, and slade outshines him there.

You guys have to look at things all around. Not just recent movies or popular comic lists. Dafoe killed it across 20 years in 2 different eras of super hero films and knocks it out of the park. And in the comics, he is 100% Spidey's arch nemesis. He is the reason Gwen is dead. The monster inside is pure evil and through the years he's proven what he is capable of.
Defoe's Goblin was THE definitive version of the character in pop culture. Doom only became prominent recently thanks to Fortnite and Rivals, his only pop culture appearances before that were two mediocre movies and a trash heap of a movie. He wasn't shit then.

I dont think u can switch Wolverine for Cap on the Marvel Mount rushmore considering that alot of fans see him as one of OG Marvel's Big 3 along with Hulk and Spidey not to mention Marvel has been promoting them like that for a while in the early 2000s
The flash is so underrated glad you kept him in mind, they did him dirty with that gay movie in 2023 but he’s cool asf in the comics.
IMO u gotta throw up Slade in the DC villain Rushmore. Sub him for darkseid, cus In terms of adaptations, darkseid only has presence in animation, and slade outshines him there.
I would say Mount Rushmore wise for DC it would be Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman and for Marvel it would be Hulk, Wolverine, and Spiderman, although you could argue Iron Man or Cap should be there too. Also sidenote are you going to react to the Superman trailer that recently came out? Actually looks really good in my opinion.

Edit: actually, I greatly disagree with your final choices for the villain lineup. The only DC villain I would include is joker, the other three slots would be from Marvel. Dr. doom, thanos, and either magneto or Loki. Maybe you could replace magneto/loki with luthor but all three of them deserve the spot more than darkseid. Still a good video though.

You guys have to look at things all around. Not just recent movies or popular comic lists. Dafoe killed it across 20 years in 2 different eras of super hero films and knocks it out of the park. And in the comics, he is 100% Spidey's arch nemesis. He is the reason Gwen is dead. The monster inside is pure evil and through the years he's proven what he is capable of.
Defoe's Goblin was THE definitive version of the character in pop culture.
Doom only became prominent recently thanks to Fortnite and Rivals, his only pop culture appearances before that were two mediocre movies and a trash heap of a movie. He wasn't shit then.
