I’ve got a Volvo S40 2.5 turbo 5 cylinder engine very much the same plate form as this car and I have really enjoyed it these a really good cars! 😊

Good video thanks man. ..bought myself a C30 R-Design 1.8 petrol 2008 back in May of this year and I haven't personally changed break pads on my cars in 20yrs approx since I was so busy in recent yrs that I paid a mechanic instead. I will have a go this time thanks to your video for re-freshing my 44yr aging brain😅. Thanks🙏

This video has been up for a while already, but I just got my hands on some BrakeMaxx 320mm drilled discs for the V50, but I have no calipers yet. Can I also just use the standard V50 calipers as long as they are meant for the V50 with 320mm brakes?

As long as the discs are the same size as the ones you are replacing those should work fine.

Bruh don’t touch the brake pads where they contact the rotor it puts your oils on it and can cause them to slip

What is the thing your spraying on the break disc and the holder?

It's brake cleaner. I use CRC Brakekleen on my cars.
