Pro tip: you can separate whites and yolks, eat yolks as they are because they have an ok texture, taste nice and are small "bite" size portions so you can be over wit hit quickly. Then you can whip whites in to a cream which his used on cakes! Of course you would add sugar to have it on cake but in our case we are good with tasteless cream but with excellent texture!

Fun probability correction: the chances that of least one salmonella egg in 32 is not 32/20000. It is actually 1 - (19999/20000)^32. It turns out to be within rounding error of the same answer in this case, but that is only because 1/20000 is really small compared to 32. I survive off of 8 raw egg yolks, a small piece of beef liver, beef lard fried french fries and small amounts of low-FODMAP fruits daily as part of a specific gut problem-targeted diet. I don’t feel like I’m missing any nutrients and I’ve been doing it for a few months already. I don’t understand why you struggle with getting it down it to be honest; admittedly, the texture is odd compared to all the processed foods we’re used to eat, but I find raw yolks to be absolutely delicious. They have this very soft, fatty, velvet-y flavor that lingers in your mouth, and are very nourishing. Anyways, thanks for the video.

I've been eating raw egg yolks for about 20 years. I can eat up to ten a day and I love em. I eat high fat low carb but when I used to eat carbs I would drizzle them on sliced ripe bananas. I like to rinse the yolks and pat dry. No egg whites for me. You can then break a hole with your fingers and poor the yolk right out of its sack. England's best or free-range eggs taste the best! ate raw eggs for few days a couple months ago. started with 2 raw eggs per meal. then 4 or 5 raw eggs. I noticed my nose started running. Then i got a weird dry feeling in the back of my throat and felt need to cough, all within a day. Runny nose mucos in throat for 3 weeks. i think ill cook my eggs from now on.

For some reason the chicken flavor becomes more pronunciated the next day, and if I accidentally chew on a minuscule piece of chicken fat... I can't swallow, I spit it out, the flavor is so concentrated to me in the fat that it is gagging. With beef. Not so much, since it doesn't tend to smell strongly. And pork, I rarely eat it. If you have lived near a farm the pig sh-it smells just like how he meat tastes, but milder. So for me, eggs or fish are my only protein sources.

Just tastes like a little salty water. When I was really lazy and got tired of eating and eating more for bulking, I would just put raw eggs in a glass and take them down 1 egg gulp at a time. Can easily knock down 5-10+ eggs in under 30 seconds. So efficient and easy. Would take me forever to eat 10 eggs scrambled. I have probably eaten over 200 raw eggs and never washed them or did anything. Never got sick.

4 minutes boiled eggs are perfect, it doesn't cook the yolk while having the white approximately well done, i eat on a 2 meal a day and my daily meal that i almost never change is 7 eggs boiled for 4 minutes leaving the yolk liquid add to that some pink Himalayan salt and some black pepper if i need some help with inflammation from another meal i top it up with a dash of turmeric powder on top (which the yolk and black pepper makes more bioavailable and i love the taste and texture)

Nah they're warm and some of the white might still be a bit liquid ish but almost entirely cooked, i guess it depends on the size of your eggs, i live in China and the eggs here are not as big as I'm used to in Europe if i do 6 minutes they're almost entirely hard boiled

When I was a kid, we often mixed eggs and sugar and blended it to this "foamy drink". I think it would be called Eggnog? Except it is only eggs and sugar, not alcohol and such. It was pretty good, I remember it as atleast.. I tried it a few years back, wanting something good, but had nothing to eat. I drink about 6 regularly. I could never drop all in the cup at once and drink, so I drink them in shots. I add a little bit of water so it goes down easier 😅
You really need to eat this with something like bread or rice. I cook eggs undercooked and dip my bread in them and it's a bit like a sauce you dip your bread into.
Been drinking 3-4 a day since this month last year and it really helped with putting on muscle but it would work better cooked I just don’t have time (not patient enough) for that every morning. I may start poaching them instead.
I was eating raw egg when I didn't had the time to make food and it was easy for me to take some good nutrient quick. I was able to consume like 2 eggs at once, but the tricks that did really help that I found on the internet, put some lime juice in your mixture. For me it was a game changer and I was able to consume easily 4 to 5 eggs one shot. And I didn't cared about the texture anymore.

if you mix them so the yolk breaks then itss way more easy to drink because it removes the odd texture a little bit in my opinion

Definitely easier if you shot glassed them eggs. Personal experience when I was bulking I would take a shot every morning for a good month.

When I was a kid, we often mixed eggs and sugar and blended it to this "foamy drink". I think it would be called Eggnog? Except it is only eggs and sugar, not alcohol and such. It was pretty good, I remember it as atleast.. I tried it a few years back, wanting something good, but had nothing to eat.
It was not that bad, but in the bottom it separates an becomes this gooey slimey egg mix, kinda yucky. I guess like you experience in the video.
Eggnog doesn’t have alcohol (at least where I live) all it has is milk, eggs, cream and sugar if I remember correctly

Pro tip : when consuming raw eggs, just drink them one by one. Break an egg into a glass and just gulp it.
I drink about 6 regularly. I could never drop all in the cup at once and drink, so I drink them in shots. I add a little bit of water so it goes down easier 😅
Warning though, if you are consuming too much liquid, you might get watery 💩

Been drinking 3-4 a day since this month last year and it really helped with putting on muscle but it would work better cooked I just don’t have time (not patient enough) for that every morning. I may start poaching them instead.

I was eating raw egg when I didn't had the time to make food and it was easy for me to take some good nutrient quick. I was able to consume like 2 eggs at once, but the tricks that did really help that I found on the internet, put some lime juice in your mixture. For me it was a game changer and I was able to consume easily 4 to 5 eggs one shot. And I didn't cared about the texture anymore.
