Adidas is taking their basketball line in an awesome direction. Gives a futuristic retro vibe. Pulling inspiration from the early-mid 2000s to push their lines forward. I feel like this is going to be a big comeback year for the 3 stripes.
These DONs are without doubt the best design of Donovan's signature line! Apart from that, the Tatum 1 looks so clean in the Barber colourway!
The JT1 looks like a true next-gen upgrade for hoop shoes. Yeah it might turn out to be a flop, but if that concept works, that's the future right there.

Most people think they like cutting edge but almost everything that's released that bucks the popular trends is bashed. It takes time for these to be appreciated by the masses. I'll admit I had some hesitation with the first pics but when I saw them on foot I knew they'd be dope.

Dude you been uploading so much lately I love the grind! I was wondering how think the drose 7 compare to modern shoes? They were my favorite before they wore out and I would get more but they resell for so much now. Since I haven’t tried many new shoes, do the best of older shoes still perform well with new shoes or do the new ones just outclass everything?

It’s funny how people were hyped for the ja1s but became less excited as more color ways leaked but the tatums had the opposite effect

It looks a lot like an old adidas shoe called the adidas webb mid. Super random shoe but the design language with the stripes and the oval on the midfoot is similar.
Brands asking you to remove the leak just intensifies the hype. It's a smart play on their part.
Reminds me of the harden 7....maybe adidas going with that futuristic feel

I still have my don issue 1 till this day and I wear them daily and I really liked the way the 5s looked, they look pretty different than most shoes! On the other hand, the jt1 does remind me of the Don issue 3 lol

Adidas needs to just start over with new designers.
Some faint similarities with Harden 7, not as hideous but some design language overlap and of course the outsole looks super similar. I kind of like this as a departure from the first four DON models, it fits in with the broader lineup (though I'm not that crazy about Adidas basketball in the last 5+ years). I think they are decent, which is all I'd expect. The Dame XPLY looks decent, potential upgrade over the underwhelming 8s. The 9 will come. Those Cosmic Unity look wild. First ones looked nice, just whatever on court, second ones all around terrible. These seem like they have some upside, looks-wise in another color (blocking terrible here) and in terms of performance (knit looking intriguing). Those Tatums have big Peak/361 energy. Very whatever
The Pink Lemonade is the best JT1 color way.

The blue looks pretty effing awesome but they look like there is zero flex to them.
Look up the Kobe 3 sample form adidas, the blue ones look like those.

Cosmic Unity looks like some Alien Lizard shoe
Dame looks better, but looks like J Wall 1... one of my favorite shoes to actually play in... only the rubber/traction burns off too quickly. Dame wins. Wish Adidas re release TS Supernatural Creator and JWall1 1 more time.

as for adidas they might as well finally release the KOBE III in some form, bc the DON looks really bad. the Dame looks better with the strap. adidas really hasnt put out a good looking basketball shoe for quite a long time.
JT1 looks way over-engineered to me. I very much doubt any of it has a practical benefit. I am expecting terrible court-feel and flexing in unnatural ways. it honestly looks like a good way to end up w/ foot strains or shin splints.
