Gabe, you are truly inspirational in what you do, if I've had a bad spray job (I don't mind saying I get more than my share of them) I just watch one of your vids then I'm motivated to go back and do it again, I love what you do, thank you. John UK.

When applying the wet bed - why do you apply it on the base and why do you wait for it to flash off.. Isnt that the whole point of the wet bed, to apply base on the spot when everything else is wet in order to get smooth transition? Thank you in advance.

Hey I was just going through your playlist on silver metallics. I remember you commenting in one of your videos on the Matco gun being one of the best guns for metallics but I couldn’t find any other videos of you using it other then the original one you put up. Where would you rank it among your best base coat guns for silver or light metallics? I want to get one just looking for a little guidance. Thank you in advance.

Hey! That gun is good! However I found a cheaper one that is even better and it Italian made motivatedpainters.com/products/slim-kombat-hte-mp-special-edition-nero I should have more next week!

@@MOTIVATEDPAINTERS I have already purchased that gun from you. It is a great gun. I bought the hte 1.3 and I bought a extra 1.8 set up for primer. I work in a semi truck shop so we use a good amount of single stage and It might be the best single stage gun I have ever used. And as a primer it is amazing for if you have to prime in the middle of the shop because it gets the primer on the panel with virtually no overspray. It does a really good job with clear coats too. The only thing I haven’t tried it with is with metallic base coats.

@@MOTIVATEDPAINTERS have you sprayed any silver metallic jobs with the slim Kombat? Also in a comment on the Matco gun you said you preferred it over the tekna base coat gun. Do you still feel that way?
