Oooh love the Sims way of breaking down the emote wheel- would also love an ACNH approach that allows you to basically "assign" your favorites for easy access while still giving you options to use any of them in a deeper menu
YES! That's another great idea! Even if they don't include every option, if we could choose our top 10 or however many that would be sick. Overwatch is also a good example of this because you can reassign each wedge for different shortcuts (emotes, sprays, "I need healing", "group up", ECT)

I am SO UPSET they removed the Overlook arena...it was my fav arena for doing large Flat Show groups! :(
