Oh my word, your top is divine!!! That top and your darling chicken…. I have to make them both! You bring such light and joy to knitting podcasts Andrea ❤
I especially enjoyed your chicken recommendation. I'm going to knit my own Emotional Support Chicken soon and I am encouraged by your happy experience with yours.
Hi Andrea, you have struck a wonderful balance on your channel. I found you by chance and was instantly captivated. You are stylish without being obnoxious and you exude warmth and genuine delight in your projects. I feel so happy to have found you. I too got struck by the chicken madness about 10 days ago (Finnish Knitting Stories to blame) and I have made 3 from single skeins of my early hand spun. As you note, they are highly addictive, and I can't help but smile when I look at my 'girls'. Due to their size, I will have to relinquish them to worthy carers. Thanks again for making the effort to make content that looks so effortless.
Wonderful as always, thank you. And yes we all have some yarn for a chicken, and we all need some support, so this will be cast on before easter. Can t wait to see your new shawl
I’m so in love with your projects and your vibe! I just ordered my first wonder yarn and wow it is so special. I’m definitely keeping my eye on that Sunday sweater pattern myself. The colors you chose are so yummy
Another great episode filled with great knits! And a chicken 😂. You have such a sweet approach to podcasting. Just delightful. Looking forward to your zoom knit nite! Such a great idea ❤
I can't even tell you how fabulous this all is--I mean, you're the best thing on RUclips, not even exaggerating. I am itching to cast on every single thing you mentioned--I would never in a million years thought about making a fluttery tee with Nutiden, but damn, it's perfect! And now you've got me wondering whether I need an emotional support chicken in my life...stunning, funny, amazing, beautiful. As usual, you've made my day. xoxoxo
I love your shawls! What beautiful inspiration. The chicken is adorable and hilarious. I’ve seen so many knitters making them and they’re just so cute. My little boy wants me to get him real chickens- he may just have to settle for a knitted one. Happy knitting 💚🧶💚
Love your chicken, Andrea! I've had the pattern in Favorites for a while, and I really must knit it🐔Not super happy with several of my knits at the moment, and I could use som emotional support!
That chicken! I have to look into my stash...I want to make one for each of my adult kids...They will think I'm that crazy chicken lady...haha...This episode was such a treat and a great start into the weekend.
Thank you. Lovely knits. I’ve been struggling g to knit with my nutiden. I currently am knitting it doubled but think I would prefer it single. Do you remember what size needle you used in your very cute Flutter Butt Shirt.
I used the needle suggested in the pattern. Some of the blends are not suitable for single strand- too fragile. However, try pairing it with a lace weight to help give it structure, or go up a needle size to get the drape you desire. If a bigger needle works for you, then I recommend choosing a smaller size depending on the fit you're looking for. Good luck!
PS: can we please talk about your beautiful silver locks?? I am in transition and had my last dye last Dec. ❤ can’t wait to have hair as gorgeous as yours🤍

Awwww, thank you so much!!! Nutiden is perfect for the Flutterbutt! You do need a chicken for the fun of it!
Just found you and I love your colour choices sooo much! Lots of inspiration ❤

Thank you! He will love the chicken- my teenage boy adores it! Happy knitting to you, too!
Is there a pattern available for the blouse you are wearing- so beautiful and nice to see something else than danish designers.
Yes! I linked the pattern in the show description- it's designed by Jessie Maede Designs- she has lots of great patterns!
Thank you for your kindness. I had not been listening properly from the start of your video.
Love your chicken, Andrea! I've had the pattern in Favorites for a while, and I really must knit it🐔Not super happy with several of my knits at the moment, and I could use som emotional support!
Go for it! The chicken brings a warm hearted lift!

Thank you!🤗
That Dirty Weekend is Delicious!😍
Indeed! Can't wait to wrap myself up in it!

Your kids will adore them! I've already collected some scraps for my next one for my youngest teen who is eagerly awaiting his🥰
Another delightful podcast with you. I MUST do an over-sized Flutter Butt. It's beyond yummy!
Yup, it's a top that works with everything! I find that pattern so malleable depending on what you're after.😊

This was another great episode. You are so inspiring. The Sunday shawl is so pretty with the color you chose. Is Luna a McNab breed?
Thank you! His name is Juno and he's a cattle dog/Kewpie mix I'm told? Never heard of McNab so I'm looking it up!!!
I'm inspired by your amazing style. I love your FlutterButt and I'm a big Nutiden fan. Do you recall how much yarn you used?
Thank you! I held it single stranded so I believe it only took one plate, 100g. Use a sturdy wool for single stranded- it's light as a feather:)
Thank you. I would love to make a chicken 🧶😊
Love your videos… I would love to join your zoom!!! 🧶💁♀️. I need an emotional support chicken 🐓 in my life too “ frickin chicken” rhymes btw!🤪
Well, I guess I’m going to have to make a chicken! 😂
Hahahahahaha. Indeed, you do. xoxo

I didn’t see the bag maker in the show notes.
Yes, thank you for pointing that out! I did include the link in the notes of my most recent episode.
