Hmmmmmmm….thats a good question! I haven’t encountered that. If you can’t adjust it, it probably resets after each call to unmuted. Perhaps you can try that out on your next incoming call. I’d be glad to hear back if it works or not. Thank you for stopping by with your question!🙋🏽♀️💗
