Forgiving is often confused with forgetting. Forgiving is good for the person who has been wronged. To let go of the bad feeling. If someone genuinely asks for your forgiveness,if you can, it's always a good thing to try. BUT! That doesn't open the door for you to be foolish. You don't forget to be careful. Someone has shown you what they're capable of. They may change they may not. But the saying is "Fool me once, shame on you (because you took advantage of me). Fool me twice? Shame on me.(Because I let you fool me again,I didn't remember the lesson) But I can still forgive for my own health and sanity.

My family has several issues he addressed. The eldest person in our family guilt trips and asks us to continuously forgive the problematic people. I have done that in the past but I have been bitten by the same snake several times because I was led to believe if I forgive and forego, the next person will not hurt me. But they did. Several times. On several occasions. My heart refuses to trust the particular problematic person and also refuses to forgive because at the slightest chance, they immediately start pointing fingers at my character and my upbringing.
Probably most of the people get confused with Forgiving and Dealing. These are 2 separate things , you can forgive someone and do not have to deal with the same person.

Sheikh Nouman, im under deep distress...my mother is a high neurotic narcissist and she does very evil things to me. Ive been trying to escape her grip for many many years now but she seems to always grasp me. We r in Egypt and we just escaped the war in Sudan, and she has been torturing me for the past 8 months and a half. She is trying to corner me into a situation where i do something stupid and she calls the police and throws me into prison or mental hospital prison. She did this to me in sudan too and she tried to drive me crazy. But ive been praying to Allah ever since for my own sanity but she keeps coming for me. My family has no mercy on me. My brothers my sister nor my father. They all aid her in putting me thru pure misery idk if intentional or unintentional except my father. Hes a good person and doesnt like her at all. Please somebody help me. I feel they r trying to kill me.
may Allah ease your suffering! i think you should contact local authority about the abuse. Also if you are an adult and capable of finding a job then try to separate yourself from the abusive family members with the help of your father. Most importantly make dua abundantly inn Sha Allah, Allah is going to get you out of this abusive situation soon💕
Always think yourself first. Allah doesn't burden us to make everyone happy, he takes care of his abds and we're not rab. We are sometimes not powerful enough to empatise with ourself and others at the same time. So choose yourself. Sometimes we may go beyond and do wrong while thinking ourselves because we are just humans and we should ask forgiveness from Allah. But Allah cares about you and never wants you to be wronged, never.
Sorry for my comment i am still under distress but im gna hope for the best, inshallah Allah makes things easy..wlai i wudve died if it wasnt for nouman ali khan videos 😂 barakallah feekum ustatdh and others 🙏, Salamu 3alaikum❤

I can be generous with my patience , maybe .
Probably most of the people get confused with Forgiving and Dealing. These are 2 separate things , you can forgive someone and do not have to deal with the same person.
thanks.❤

Recite this beautiful Dua daily 🤍
Allahumma inni as’aluka ilman nafi’an, Wa rizqan tayyiban, Wa amalan mutaqabbalan.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا وَرِزْقًا طَيِّبًا وَعَمَلاً مُتَقَبَّلا
“O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, goodly provision and acceptable deeds.”
May Allah grant us sincere and beneficial knowledge that enlightens our hearts and minds, a provision that is wholesome and abundant, and deeds that are accepted in His sight, paving the way for our success in this life and the Hereafter.
What if they're doing not much right now like they did before. but You're continuously scared by their presence, and you cannot trust them coz they didn’t create a trustful environment for you. And You're financially dependent on them and can't maintain a peaceful distance.
Am I an ungrateful person??

I fell asleep saying im not turning the page and im not turning the page........
I dont know who else to ask for help
may Allah ease your suffering! i think you should contact local authority about the abuse.
