One time i tried to teach my gf how to longboard and she was falling so i catched her, (normally i would run to the longboard when i teach someone) long story short my longboard has now a big dent in the nose cause it hits the curb. You can't imagine how hard it is to see your longboard damaged, if you're not an owner of it ahah

Those "step 180's" she does remind me of the old school freestyle stuff that Rodney Mullen did. I think the only problem the interviewer had was trying to learn that many things in one day. Just learning to push while keeping balance can take a while. I'd also love to see Hyojoo out of her element on a shortboard, trying to learn an ollie or a drop-in.
I'd been following her for a while now on Instagram! Hyojoo's inspired me to try boarding again, might start saving up for a longboard too. I'm a UI/UX/Graphic/Web designer and it's extremely impressive she was working for Line. It's one of the new messaging companies that consistently and continually release big updates to their UI and functionality so I totally believe she had no time to rest. However, as a designer I'm kinda jealous! Haha. Glad she's pursuing her dream tho. I saw her videos went they went viral a little while ago and I was mesmerized.
So nice to see a woman like her to verge off the traditional route by picking up a hobby and what you know, it became her career! Such a breath of fresh air in a country where college students study their butts off to go into a company that'll eventually push you to your limits to the point that you'll only be thinking about quitting.
