  • Try Lateral Leans to improve flexibility, core stabilization & spine mobility. Dr. Michael White shows us how to use an inflatable balance disc to activate your core & focus on controlling your balance. Follow these steps to perform this balance exercise at home:
    Step 1:
    Place the wobble cushion on a chair & sit down.
    Step 2:
    Start by leaning to the left, creating a C-shape with your spine.
    Step 3:
    Repeat this same movement by leaning to the right. Keep the core engaged & do not lift your legs.
