- A jury in Clark County has awarded more than $228 million in damages to several plaintiffs who sued a now-defunct Las Vegas-based bottled water company after its product was linked to liver illnesses, the 8 News Now Investigators have confirmed.
This is the first I've ever heard of this, and I watch mainstream and social media like a hawk...crazy

Better yet, ask Will Kemp, who has been after this water company for many years prior to this, but got his ass handed to him in the other case. Maybe These ambulance chasing attorneys create the bad effects in the products then find the solution. Hell maybe Bill Gates does the same thing! Just speculating after researching this.

As someone who purchased an Alkaline Water machine back in 2016 this story is absolutely disturbing. I myself used to buy alkaline water from a water store until I purchased the machine.

I worked in Riverside area of Ca. and they had a water bottling company that made small water bottles for the casinos, I thought it odd that it was being bottle in Ca, so he gave us a case, we tried it, it tasted horrible and I drink tap water. Whenever I would weld and have a audience I would tell my assistance to get me the special water, so he would give me a small water bottle, I would use that for cooling off the weld, they would ask why don't you use the water on the truck, we drink that, this is undrinkable.
It’s about time they got the truth out about this garbage!
This wasn't a multi-billion dollar company and it is no longer in business. So the plaintiff will have to get in line behind the creditors.
