Recently yes! 10k a day is my goal. Been doing the 12,3,30 on the treadmill most workouts as a warmup
Are you going to homeschool Ben or Scarlet in the future? I homeschool my 6yr old girl just to enjoy the more laidback lifestyle. We use Hooked on Phonics and Weston A Price - Sally Fallon “Nourishing Traditions Childrens Cook Book”. I want my kids learning healthy food too.

Good video the only thing is you have showed those kids vitamins at least four times in your videos just why show them so many time two times is ok no hate just saying that it really doesn't need to be shown that many times we get you love given those vitamins to your kids maybe we don't
